They offered video interviewing which was great considering I was still employed at the time.

Interaction with team members, motivation and positivity from leadership. Sounds fluffy, but it's the culture of my department.

Productive, creating, accountable for their own work but loves collaboration. I look forward to coming in every day so I can interact and gain new ideas from them!

The compensation is fair for my lifestyle, position, and region of the US. I would not expect to find more for this particular role anywhere else in this area, so it's fair.

I don't feel undervalued. I am paid very well for what I do. I took a pay cut to be in this position and it was well worth it because my work is much more fulfilling.
