What do you like best about the leadership team?
We collaborate on an intellectually equal level
They always have good advice with any situation you may need help with.
I can't speak for all leaders, but those I work with on a daily basis are clearly invested in my growth and overall well-being. They provide feedback, they view me as a value to them and their success and I'm not even a manager, just a contributor!
Dedicated to training you, they give you the freedom to lead if you don't have the title. Many of the leaders I have worked with are committed to your growth and want to see you succeed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The way we never have a cut off the bonus we want to make
The compensation is fair for my lifestyle, position, and region of the US. I would not expect to find more for this particular role anywhere else in this area, so it's fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I am paid very well for what I do. I took a pay cut to be in this position and it was well worth it because my work is much more fulfilling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along very well
They strive and push every day to be the best
Productive, creating, accountable for their own work but loves collaboration. I look forward to coming in every day so I can interact and gain new ideas from them!

Stay learning, use the resources available.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an extremely diverse environment
We are all positive with great attitude about loaning with collecting
Company celebrates diversity and encourages learning about everything. They're all about finding "talent" and hiring for potential; you can come in as one thing and move up to something completely different because you've learned so much! A culture of opportunity, in my opinion.

To be able to be so close to the product
Customer service. Meeting new and old customers. Building a real relationship
Interaction with team members, motivation and positivity from leadership. Sounds fluffy, but it's the culture of my department.
