Mr. Evangelos J. Pistiolis founded Top Ships Inc. in 2000 and has been its Chief Executive Officer, President and Director nce July 2004. Mr. Pistiolis's career in shipping started in 1992, when he was involved with the day to day operations of a small fleet of dry bulk carriers. From 1994 to 1995, he worked for Howe Robinson & Co. Ltd., a London shipbroker specializing in container vessels. While studying at the Southampton Institute of Higher Education, Mr. Pistiolis oversaw the daily operations of Compass United Maritime Container Vessels, a ship management company located in Greece. Mr. Pistiolis graduated from Southampton Institute of Higher Education in 1999 where he studied shipping operations and from Technical University of Munich in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Alexandros Tsirikos has been the Chief Financial Officer of Top Ships Inc. since April 1, 2009 and has been its Treasurer since November 2008. Mr. Tsirikos serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Top Ships Inc. He served as a Corporate Development Officer of Top Ships Inc. since joining in July 2007. Prior to TOP SHIPS, he served as Manager of PricewaterhoouseCoopers where he worked for six years. During his career with PwC, Mr. Tsirikos drew experience both from consulting as well as auditing as he was a member of the PwC Advisory team and the Assurance team. As a member of the Advisory team, he lead and participated in numerous projects in the public and the private sectors, involving strategic planning and business modelling, investment analysis and appraisal, feasibility studies, costing and project management. As a member of the Assurance team, Mr. Tsirikos was part of the IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) technical team of PwC Greece and lead numerous IFRS conversion projects for listed companies. He has been an Executive Director of Top Ships Inc. since November 2008. Mr. Tsirikos holds an M.Sc in Shipping Trade and Finance from City University of London and a Bachelor's Degree with honours in Business Administration from Boston University in the United States. He is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Demetris P. Souroullas serves as the Chief Technical Officer of Top Ships Inc. Mr. Souroullas served as Vice President of Top Ships Inc. Mr. Souroullas served as Chief Executive Officer for Fleet of Admibros Shipmanagement Co. Ltd and Technical and General Manager of LMZ Transoil Shipmanagement S.A. since 2001. Mr. Souroullas worked with the Cyprus Bureau of Shipping, where he started in 1988 as a Surveyor and left in 2001 as the Head of Classification. Mr. Souroullas holds a Masters degree in Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a Bachelors degree in Maritime Technology from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology.

Mrs. Eirini K. Alexandropoulou serves as Secretary of Top Tankers Inc. Ms. Alexandropoulou is as a legal advisor providing legal services to ship management companies with respect to corporate and commercial as well as shipping and finance law issues in Greece. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Alexandropoulou served as a legal advisor to Eurocarriers SA, a ship manager. Most recently, from 2000 to 2001, Ms. Alexandropoulou served as a legal advisor to Belize's ship registry office in Piraeus. Ms. Alexandropoulou has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1997 and has a law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Athens.

Mr. Vangelis G. Ikonomou has been an Executive Vice President of Top Tankers Inc. since July 2004 and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Ikonomou served as Chief Operating Officer of Primal Tankers Inc. from 2002. He served at George Moundreas Co. SA with primary responsibility for vessel sales and purchase activity and initiated shipping industry research and analysis from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Ikonomou worked for Eastern Mediterranean Maritime Ltd., a ship management company, in the commercial and safety and quality departments from 1993 to 2000. He has been a Director at Top Tankers Inc. since July 2004. He holds a Masters degree in Shipping Trade and Finance from the City University Business School in London, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Athens in Greece and a Navigation Officer Degree from the Higher State Merchant Marine Academy in Greece.
