I was hired @ Torchmark for a temporary position that was created to help catch up back logged work. It was supposed to be a 3 month assignment but I was offered a full time position 3 weeks after I started. I would suggest you work hard and show your supervisors that you would be an asset to the team. I know that advice can really apply to any job, however Torchmark was great about recognizing hard work as well as any other positive qualities you may bring to the table (which was surprising to me being that it was such a large corporation). It's a great company, just work hard for them and they'll work hard for you ?????
