I work for the AIL division. I love my job. I get to help people protect their family & at the same time provide for my family in a way that I never thought I would be able to do. There are no glass ceilings, you get to determine your own worth, truly opportunity unlimited

It is terrible, I only go there for a pay check

Positive and encouraging. They recognize hard work and are kind. Also understanding and considerate of personal tribulation and if you work hard they will do their best to accommodate your needs.

The leadership team is adequate in listening to ideas.

Lifetime renewals!!!!! I also like that we have weekly bonuses and leadership bonus on top of our commission. Also no lead costs unlike other life insurance companies...all leads are provided for you. This makes a huge difference in your take-home pay as a life insurance agent.

Pay dependent on work performed. The harder you work, the more you'll make. If your check is ever short you can only blame yourself.

Globe/Torchmark is all about who you know and who likes you. Your hard work means absolutely nothing

I am appreciated as an employee, but when I compare my current salary to that in other companies, not to mention my time of service with Torchmark, there is quite a bit of a shortage in what I should be paid.

These people really genuinely care about my success! Whenever I was just getting started everyone on my team helped me. Ever is always super nice and willing to come early or stay late after work to help me. Everyone always has great attitudes

They work very hard for little pay and even less appreciation.

Increase communication in attempt to create a more "team" atmosphere. Very individualized worker type place, but it's also a large corp...

Everyone wants everyone to succeed and get better. People are always willing to help you and are willing to teach you how to talk to clients better. We even go out after work together and do occasional team events on the weekend. My spouse comes and she knows my team and their spouses too.

As long as you're productive you are treated fairly and in a positive manner.

Torchmark has been in business for a very long time and it is comforting to know that its future is solid. There is not the stress of insecurity in the future of the company like you have in some other workplaces.

The interview was partially online and their were several different interviews before an offer was made. I felt like they really got to know me and let me get to know them before they made me an offer

Friendly interviewer and although they asked standard questions, it was a large business with formal settings, she made you feel comfortable and at ease.

I really love Renewal checks...I couldn't believe it the first time I got a huge bonus paycheck right in the middle of the month that practically paid my mortgage that month and I hadn't even been with the company full year yet.

I really enjoy my coworkers. They are very much a part of my life that I would dearly miss if they were no longer there.

Completing large batch number so my productivity is visible.
