Mr. H. Casey Logan, M.B.A, has been the Chief Business Officer at TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2013. Prior to TRACON, Mr. Logan led corporate development efforts at RuiYi, Inc. (formerly Anaphore) including establishment of the operations in Shanghai, China. He was Senior Vice President of Business Development at RuiYi Inc since May 18, 2011. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Logan led corporate development and strategic planning efforts at Anadys Pharmaceuticals, acquired by Roche. From 2001 to 2007, he was with Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, IN, in the corporate business development group. During his career, he has led transactions in both in-licensing and out-licensing of assets across a range of therapeutic areas, including the creation of two startup companies. Prior to Lilly, he served as an officer in the US Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. Mr. Logan received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Sharon Real, PhD has been Senior Vice President of Product Development at Tracon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2014 and served as its Vice President of Product Development since October 2006 until July 2014. Dr. Real served as Director of Regulatory Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls of Pfizer, Inc. in La Jolla, California, where in addition to her role as department head, she also led the Macugen??? CMC activities, culminating in the global regulatory approvals of this product. Prior to Pfizer, Dr. Real held positions at Ligand Pharmaceuticals and Agouron Pharmaceuticals where she held key roles in the development and commercialization of Viracept??? Tablets, Targretin??? Gel and Targretin Capsules. She began her pharmaceutical career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Chemical Process Research, where Dr. Real's responsibilities have included leading chemical and pharmaceutical development teams from compound identification through commercialization. Dr. Real earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in Chemistry from Stanford University.

Ms. Bonne Adams, M.B.A, has been Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations for Tracon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2014 and served as its Vice President of Clinical Operations since August 2006 until July 2014. From April 2004 to August 2006, Ms. Adams was Manager of Clinical Operations at Pfizer, where she managed trials that contributed to the 2006 approval of Sutent??? in Renal Cell Carcinoma and Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors. From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Adams was Manager of Clinical Operations at Biogen Idec where she managed studies that fulfilled post-approval commitments for Zevalin??? and Rituxan???. She has held senior positions in clinical operations, clinical development and data management with Quintiles. Ms. Adams has managed both early and late-stage oncology studies of small molecules as well as biologics in the areas of lymphoma and lung, colorectal and breast cancer. She has managed non-oncology studies in the areas of allergy, pulmonary disease and depression. Ms. Adams received her B.S. from the University of Colorado and MBA from The University of Phoenix.

Ms. Patricia L. Bitar, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer of TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2014 and serves as its Treasurer and Assistant Secretary. From November 2009 to April 2014, Ms. Bitar served in roles of increasing responsibility at NuVasive, Inc., a medical device company, served as Vice President and Corporate Controller. From 2008 to October 2009 and during various periods of 1998 to 2006, she provided independent financial consulting for a variety of companies, primarily in the biotechnology and electronics industries. From 2006 to 2008, Ms. Bitar served as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Corporate Controller at Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. From 1984 to 1991 and 1994 to 1998, she worked in the Audit Department at Ernst & Young. Ms. Bitar is a certified public accountant and received an M.A.I.S. from the University of West Florida and a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Old Dominion University.
