We are given everything we need.
This is hard to answer. It's a little bit of everything. There's quality leadership, established culture, fair benefits, and treatment, solid employees, and a clearly outlined company vision. Overall, there's really not a lot to complain about.
We really strive not to have useless meetings. If it can be communicated in a memo or a Slack post, then we do that. Company culture is big here. Everyone seems to have bought in and we all work hard.
Expectations are clear. Company culture is well defined and integrated into all employees. When an error is made, there isn't any finger-pointing or blame assigning. Instead, the team applies extreme ownership, constructive debate, and radical candor so that the team can move forward and improve.
