What do you like best about the leadership team?
They walk the walk on work-life balance without compromising on work quality; everyone trusts one another to do their best and get things done. Highly collaborative, wicked smart.
Expectations are clear. Company culture is well defined and integrated into all employees. When an error is made, there isn't any finger-pointing or blame assigning. Instead, the team applies extreme ownership, constructive debate, and radical candor so that the team can move forward and improve.
