Mr. Michael Feurer, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Trans World Entertainment Corporation since October 2014. Mr. Feurer has an extensive retail background with wide and direct experience including strategy, branding, merchandising, marketing, web, real estate, sourcing and production, planning and allocation. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Vanity Stores from 2012 to 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising Operations of Coldwater Creek Inc., from November 2007 to August 1, 2010. He was responsible for all aspects of Comp Store Merchandising, Sourcing and Merchandise Planning & Allocation. He joined Coldwater Creek in 2001 as Senior Director of Planning & Allocation. Since 2002, he served as Divisional Vice President, Retail Inventory Planning of Coldwater Creek and its Vice President, Merchandise Planning & Allocation since 2004, assuming responsibility for all aspects of the Coldwater Creek's merchandise planning, allocation and disposition. Prior to joining the Coldwater Creek, he served 10 years at Gap Inc., in a variety of merchandise planning and distribution roles. He served as Senior Director of Market Planning and Distribution for Gap Japan in Gap Inc.'s International Division. He has been a Director of Trans World Entertainment Corporation since January 2016.

Mr. Chris Hoerenz has been the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at Trans World Entertainment Corporation since July 2016. Mr. Hoerenz is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Crispy Gamer Inc. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the newly funded venture, a news and community site targeting serious video game enthusiasts. He is a leading direct marketer and new media executive with 20 years of consumer marketing experience. He is eCommerce and digital veteran. He is a Proven Strategist with an excellent understanding of how creative professionals work. He served as the President of Ecommerce at Shutterstock, Inc. from May 2014 to February 2015. He served as an Acting Chief Marketing Officer at Pave Inc. from January 2016 to July 2016 and Acting Chief Business Officer for Eyeem Inc. from August 2015 to January 2016. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at WhoSay, Inc. from September 2012 to April 2014 and Fox Mobile Group (Now known as freenet digital). Prior to founding Crispy Gamer Inc., he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of eMusic. Before joining eMusic, he was the Founder and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Targeted Media Solutions (TMS), where he created and patented a unique targeting technology designed to improve the acquisition efforts of many of the largest direct marketing companies, including Bertelsmann, Conde Nast, Bookspan, Disney, Time Inc., and Readers Digest. He has also served in an Executive role at various entertainment-focused companies including President and Chief Operating Officer of PCH.com, the online service launched by Publishers Clearing House; Vice President of Marketing at CDNOW and Director of Marketing Planning and Analysis at Columbia House. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Zumobi, Inc. Mr. Hoerenz graduated from NYU's Stern School of Business with a Masters degree in Business Administration in 1992.

Mr. Bruce J. Eisenberg has been an Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Trans World Entertainment Corporation since May 2001 and served as its Executive Vice President of Stores & Real Estate since 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Eisenberg served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Trans World since May of 1995. He joined Trans World in August of 1993 as Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to joining Trans World, Mr. Eisenberg was responsible for leasing, finance and construction of new regional mall development at Pyramid Companies.
