Mr. Ross G. Clarkson, P.Geol., ICD.D. has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of TransGlobe Energy Corporation since December 4, 1996. Mr. Clarkson was initially retained by Transglobe Energy Corp. as a Technical Advisor to assist its Yemen concession prospect (now Block S-1) and assist in negotiations with the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources, Republic of Yemen. He served as a Senior Geological Advisor of Petro-Canada, from 1988 to 1996 and has in excess of 30 years domestic and international oil and gas exploration experience. He served as Resident Manager of Petro-Canada (Yemen) Inc. from 1990 to 1993; Senior Project Geologist at Nexen Inc.(formerly Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd.) in Yemen since 1987 and Supervisor of international exploration/geologist with Ranger Oil Limited from 1979 to 1986. His international familiarity extends to Oman and the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Australia, the North Sea, South America and Africa. Mr. Clarkson has been a Non-Independent Director of Transglobe Energy Corporation since October 11, 1995.

Mr. Brett Norris, M.Sc., P.Geol has been Vice President of Exploration at TransGlobe Energy Corporation since April 9, 2012. Prior to joining TransGlobe as Manager of Exploitation in November 2006, Mr. Norris served as Vice President of New Ventures & Geosciences of Paramount Energy Operating Corp., and Perpetual Energy Inc (also known as Paramount Energy Trust) since November 17, 2003. He was involved with the Gas-Over-Bitumen AEUB regulatory hearings in addition to conventional duties managing geoscience teams and projects. He is a professional geologist with over 24 years of diverse industry experience. He served as a Vice President of New Ventures and Geosciences of Perpetual Energy Inc since November 17, 2003. Prior to this, he worked at Nexen for 5.5 years, working in the International Division in the Yemen and Colombia operations groups, holding the position of Exploitation Manager, Colombia Operations. Before this, he worked with several companies and has consulted independently, both domestically and internationally. He started his career with Esso Resources in 1988. He is a Trustee of the CSPG Educational Trust Fund and holds membership with the Canadian Society of Petroluem Geologists (CSPG), the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He was Director of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists. Mr. Norris graduated in 1986 from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science (Geology), and in 1989 from the University of Western Ontario with a Masters of Science (Geology).

Mr. Lloyd W. Herrick, P.Eng, ICD.D has been the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of TransGlobe Energy Corporation since April 28, 1999. Prior to joining TransGlobe in April 1999, Mr. Herrick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Moiibus Resource Corporation from 1997 to 1999. He is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of oil and gas experience. Prior to Moiibus, he was with Ranger Oil Limited, serving in a variety of technical and management/executive positions including Vice President, Canadian Production since 1993. He served as a Petroleum Engineer of Rupertsland Resources Ltd., and a Production Evaluations Engineer of Hudson's Bay Oil & Gas Ltd. 1975 to 1981. Mr. Herrick has been a Non-Independent Director of TransGlobe Energy Corporation since April 28, 1999. Mr. Herrick served as a Director of Moiibus Resource Corporation (Moiibus) from 1997 to 1999.

Mr. Randall C. Neely, also known as Randy, CA, CFA has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at TransGlobe Energy Corporation since May 8, 2012 and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Neely served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zodiac Exploration Inc. from May 1, 2009 to March 26, 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mobius Resources Inc. from May 01, 2009 to March 26, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at BlackPearl Resources Inc. (a/k/a Pearl Exploration and Production, Ltd.) from September 4, 2007 to January 8, 2009. He was responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the finance group. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Trident Exploration Corp. He has over 20 years of financial services and oil and gas executive experience. He spent 3 1/2 years with TD Securities investment banking and 8 years with KPMG LLP. He served as Vice President in the Calgary office of TD Securities investment banking group and served as Senior Manager of KPMG. He served as Non-Executive Director of Africa Energy Corp. from September 20, 2011 to March 10, 2015. He served as a Director of Zodiac Exploration Inc. since July 16, 2009. Mr. Neely holds the designations of Chartered Accountant (1994) and Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
