Mr. Michael A. Hammell has been Secretary and General Counsel of TransMontaigne LLC and TransMontaigne GP L.L.C. since October 01, 2012. Mr. Hammell served as Executive Vice President of TransMontaigne LLC. Mr. Hammell served as an Executive Vice President of NGO Energy Holdings LLC, General Counsel of NGL Energy Holdings LLLC and Secretary of NGL Energy Holdings LLC at NGL Energy Partners LP since October 2014. He served as Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Secretary of each of the TransMontaigne entities since July 2011 and served as its Secretary from January 2011 to July 2011; Vice President and Assistant Secretary from November 2007 to July 2011 and Assistant General Counsel from April 2007 to July 2011. He joined TransMontaigne in March 2007. Prior to TransMontaigne, Mr. Hammell practiced law with the Denver office of Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells). He worked at Hogan & Hartson for eight years, where he specialized in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate matters. He is admitted to the practice of law in Colorado and is a member of local and national bar associations. He is also a Member of the American Association of Corporate Counsel. Mr. Hammell has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.

Mr. Robert T. Fuller, also known as Rob, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Transmontaigne GP LLC, General Partner of Transmontaigne Partners L.P. since November 2014 and Chief Accounting Officer since January 1, 2011. Mr. Fuller has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of TransMontaigne LLC since November 2014. Mr. Fuller has a wealth of financial accounting experience to having spent 13 years with KPMG in their New York Department of Professional Practice and the Denver office. Mr. Fuller has provided auditing services to a variety of entities throughout his 17-year career that includes large public companies, large federal and state governments, regulated enterprises and private entities. Mr. Fuller served as Chief Operating Officer of Transmontaigne GP LLC. He served as Vice President of Transmontaigne Gp L L C - General Partner from January 01, 2011 to November 06, 2014. Mr. Fuller served as Chief Accounting Officer at TransMontaigne GP LLC and TransMontaigne LLC since January 1, 2011. He served as Assistant Treasurer of TransMontaigne GP L L C since February 2012 and its Chief Accounting Officer until July 17, 2017. Mr. Fuller has a BA degree in Political Science from Fort Lewis College and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Colorado.

Mr. James F. Dugan, also known as Jim, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Transmontaigne Gp Llc since August 2017. Mr. Dugan served as an Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations at TransMontaigne GP L.L.C., the General Partner of TransMontaigne Partners L.P. since June 30, 2017. Mr. Dugan has over 16 years of experience in senior leadership positions overseeing domestic and international petroleum marine terminals, pipelines and engineering divisions. He served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at TransMontaigne GP L.L.C. since January 2008. He joined TransMontaigne Inc. as Engineering Manager in 1998. He began his career as a Project Engineer for Gulf Interstate Energy in 1983. In 1993, he joined Louis Dreyfus Energy as a Project Engineer. He has served on the Board of Directors for the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) since 2011. He holds a Certification through the American Petroleum Institute.

Mr. Mark S. Huff has been the President of Transmontaigne Gp Llc at Transmontaigne Partners L.P since August 2017. Mr. Huff served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations - Transmontaigne Partners Lp at Transmontaigne Partners L.P. since September 20, 2016.
