Mr. Mark D. Williamson has been a Vice President of Marketing of South Hampton Resources (Petrochemical Company) at Trecora Resources since 1996. Mr. Williamson has over 30 years experience in the petrochemical arena and has been with Arabian American Development Company for 21 years. He holds a BBA degree in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.

Mr. Sami Ahmad has been Chief Financial Officer at Trecora Resources since October 01, 2016. Mr. Ahmad served as Chief Financial Officer of Armada Water Assets, Inc. since July 22, 2013 to August 2016 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. He has thirty years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in the water, energy and chemicals industries. He has deep and extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning as well as engineering and manufacturing. Most recently, from October 2012 to June 2013, Mr. Ahmad was Chief Financial Officer at SouthWest Water Company. His responsibilities included finance, IT, accounting, tax, treasury, real estate and corporate development. Before this, from January 2012 to October 2012, he was a Managing Partner for Lexington Partners, LLC. Prior to this, from May 2009 to November 2011, Mr. Ahmad was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Exterran, NYSE-listed. From 1991 to 1998, he held various positions with ARCO Chemical Company including financial analysis, marketing, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. From 1998 to 2006, he worked for Lyondell Chemical Company as Director of Investor Relations, Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Finance and Director of Corporate Development. He also worked at Ashland Chemical. He serves on the Board of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership. He served as Director at Armada Water Assets, Inc. from July 2013 to August 2016. Mr. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Peter Loggenberg has been the President of Trecora Chemical at Trecora Resources since 2014. Dr. Loggenberg served as the Chief Executive Officer for Organic Fuels, Inc. Dr. Loggenberg served as the President of SSI Chusei, Inc. Dr. Loggenberg has 20 years of successful leadership experience in commodities and specialty chemicals, specifically ethanol and has commercialized several proprietary products over the years. He has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry with over 15 years at the corporate level. His technical knowledge of both ethanol and methyl esters (biodiesel), their derivatives and their applications as base fluids and fuels has been fundamental to his vision for building Organic Fuels into a sustainable renewable fuel enterprise. He established Infinium Products, Inc., a renewable fuels and chemicals company and Alcochem, Inc. He assisted in establishing the first U.S. office of a large South African company in the alpha olefins business. He served as a Strategic Business Manager for Sasol Alpha Olefins, he helped successfully launch two new products globally. As a Product Optimization Engineer, amongst other projects, he assisted in the development of a high-purity synthetic ethanol production facility. He served as a Senior Scientist at Sasol, he assisted in the development of a commercialized synthetic fuel production catalyst. He authored several publications. Dr. Loggenberg holds Ph.D. in chemistry, in the field of surface science; M.S. in the field of catalysis, cum laude; B.S. (Hons), in chemistry and B.S. in chemistry and mathematics.

Ms. Connie J. Cook has been Vice-President of Accounting & Compliance of Trecora Resources since October 01, 2016 and serves as its Secretary. Ms. Cook served as Treasurer and Secretary of Trecora Resources since January 2008. Ms. Cook served as the Chief Financial Officer of Trecora Resources since January 2011 until October 01, 2016. She served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Trecora Resources. She served as a Controller of South Hampton for the last 11 years. Ms. Cook is a graduate of Lamar University with a BBA Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
