Mr. John D. Gottwald has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tredegar Corp. since August 18, 2015. Mr. Gottwald served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Tredegar Corp. since June 26, 2015 until August 18, 2015 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from March 1, 2006 to January 31, 2010 and again from July 10, 1989 to September 10, 2001. Mr. Gottwald served as Vice President of aluminum, plastics and energy at Ethyl Corporation. He served as Chairman at Tredegar Corp. from September 10, 2001 to May 2006. He has been a Director of Tredegar Corp. since 1989 and Albemarle Corporation from 1994 to February 27, 2008. Mr. Gottwald holds a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.

Mr. Frasier W. Brickhouse II, has been Corporate Controller at Tredegar Corp. since December 11, 2009 and serves as its Corporate Treasurer and served as its Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Brickhouse served as Director of Corporate Finance at Tredegar Corp. since September 2006, Manager of Corporate Finance from June 2003 to August 2006 and as Corporate Planning Manager from June 2000 to May 2003. Prior to joining Tredegar Corp., Mr. Brickhouse served for five years in various positions of increasing responsibility with Coopers & Lybrand (predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers). He served as Director of Virginia First Financial and Savings Bank since 1993 and since 1983 respectively. Mr. Brickhouse received his accounting degree and his masters in business administration from the University of Richmond.

Mr. D. Andrew Edwards has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Tredegar Corp. since July 20, 2015. Mr. Edwards served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Controller and Corporate Vice President of Owens & Minor Inc. from April 30, 2010 to February 7, 2013 and as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from March 1, 2012 to February 7, 2013. He served as Treasurer of Tredegar Corp. since July 20, 2015. He served as Corporate Vice President of Finance at Owens & Minor Inc. from December 14, 2009 to April 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Tredegar Corp. from August 28, 2003 to December 11, 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until December 11, 2009. Mr. Edwards served as Treasurer of Tredegar Corp. from May 22, 1997 to December 11, 2009. He served as Vice President of Finance at Tredegar Corp. from November 18, 1998 to August 28, 2003. From October 19, 1992 to July 10, 2000, Mr. Edwards served as Controller of Tredegar Corp. He served in public accounting for nearly 10 years.

Ms. Jennifer Aspell has been President of Bright View Technologies at Tredegar Corp since August 2015 and served as its President of Engineered Polymer Solutions since August 2015. Ms. Aspell has been General Manager of Bright View Technologies since December 2010 and serves as its Vice President. Prior to joining Bright View, Ms. Aspell led Gradient Consulting Group, a consulting firm. She held senior management positions with the Optical Amplifiers Division of JDS Uniphase and Lucent Technology's Specialty Fiber Devices unit. Ms. Aspell received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

Mr. J. Stephen Prince has been the President of Personal Care at Tredegar Corp. since August 2015. Mr. Prince rejoined Tredegar, having previously served in various roles from 1989 to 2010, including General Manager, Healthcare and Hygiene and Director of Business Development. Mr. Prince received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from St. Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Jose Bosco Silveira Jr. has been President of Flexible Packaging Films at Tredegar Corp. since August 2015. Mr. Silveira joined Tredegar in 2014 as Vice President of Flexible Packaging for Tredegar Film Products. Mr. Silveira received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Vale do Paraiba University, a Master of Business Management from Instituto Nacional de P'?s Gradua''??o and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Get??lio Vargas Foundation. Additionally, he successfully completed the Advanced Management Program at Funda'?o Dom Cabral and Insead.

Mr. W. Brook Hamilton serves as President of Bonnell Aluminum at Tredegar Corporation. Mr. Hamilton served as President of The William L. Bonnell Company, Inc. since June 1, 2013. Mr. Hamilton served as Director of Business Planning at William L. Bonnell Company from 2012 to June 1, 2013. Mr. Hamilton joined Bonnell in 2005 and was the Plant Manager of Bonnell's Newnan, Georgia plant from 2006 to 2012. He joined Bonnell in 2005 as General Manager of its Woodbridge, Ontario fabrication facility, which was part of the then-owned Canadian division of Bonnell. Previously, he worked for Wilkinson Steel & Metals as Regional Plant Manager. Mr. Hamilton held various industry management roles, including Production Manager for Alcan Extrusions, Plant Manager for Wilkinson Steel and Metals, General Manager of Daymond Aluminum and General Manager of Central Wire Company. He served for 11 years with Alcan Aluminum in a variety of sales, customer service and operations positions. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Dr. Arijit DasGupta, also known as Bapi, has been President of Surface Protection at Tredegar Corp. since August 2015. Dr. DasGupta served as Vice President of Surface Protection for Tredegar Film Products. He has been employed with Tredegar since 2007. Dr. DasGupta has a Ph.D. and Master of Science in polymer science from the University of Akron in Ohio, an Executive Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Bombay.
