Mr. Chandler Bigelow has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Tribune Media Company since February 2016 and July 2013 respectively. Mr. Bigelow served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Tribune Media Company since August 12, 2015. He served as the Chief Business Strategies & Operations Officer at Tribune Media Company from July 2013 to February 2015. Mr. Bigelow served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Tribune Company from March 24, 2008 to July 31, 2013. Mr. Bigelow served as Vice President and Treasurer of Tribune from 2003 to March 2008 and was responsible for its financing activities, cash management, short-term and retirement fund investments and risk-management programs. He began his Tribune career in 1998 and served as its Assistant Treasurer, Director of Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Manager. He serves as a Board Member of the Springboard Foundation and is a Board Member for the Guild of the Chicago Botanic Garden. Mr. Bigelow holds a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., and Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Edward P. Lazarus, also known as Eddie, has been an Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Tribune Media Company since January 17, 2013. Mr. Lazarus has been the Chief Strategy Officer at Tribune Media Company since February 2016. He served as Secretary at Tribune Publishing Company. He served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission. Before working at the FCC, he was a Partner at the law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where he chaired FCC's national litigation steering committee. Prior to joining Akin Gump, Mr. Lazarus served as an Assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lazarus served as federal prosecutor in Los Angeles. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable William A. Norris on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and thereafter to Associate Justice Harry A. Blackmun on the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves as Board of Advisor at Solavei, LLC. From 2000 to 2009, Mr. Lazarus practiced law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. He was member of the Management Committee at the law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where he chaired the firm's national litigation steering committee. Mr. Lazarus is the author of two highly acclaimed books: Black Hills/White Justice: The Sioux Nation Versus the United States, 1775 to the Present and Closed Chambers: The Rise, Fall and Future of the Modern Supreme Court. His writing has also appeared in publications including The Atlantic Monthly, U.S. News & World Report, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times and The Chicago Tribune. Among dozens of television appearances, Mr. Lazarus was a guest on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Mr. Lazarus received his B.A. summa cum laude in 1981 and his J.D. in 1987 from Yale University, where he was note editor of the Yale Law Journal.

Mr. Brian Litman has been Corporate Controller of Tribune Co. since April 17, 2008 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Litman is responsible for corporate financial reporting, planning and analysis at Tribune. He served as assistant controller of Tribune Co. since 2005.

Mr. Lawrence Wert, also known as Larry, has been the President of Broadcast Media at Tribune Media Company since February 2013. Mr. Wert served as the President of Broadcast Media at Tribune Broadcasting Holdco LLC and Tribune Broadcasting Company, LLC. He served as the President and General Manager at NBC5 Chicago since 1998, a subsidiary of General Electric Company. He served with Chancellor Broadcasting from 1989 to 1998. He served in various positions at Chancellor, including president of Evergreen Media Corporation prior to the merger. Prior to Chancellor, Mr. Wert spent ten years with ABC-TV in National TV Sales in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Philo Broadcasting, Inc. In June 2006, he was named to a panel of corporate leaders to lead Chicago's bid to host the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. He served as Director at Iggys House, Inc. Mr. Wert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mr. Gary Weitman has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations at Tribune Media Company since May 2008. Mr. Weitman serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations at Tribune Broadcasting Company, LLC, Tribune Digital, Inc., Chicago Tribune Company, Inc., and Tribune Interactive, Inc. Mr. Weitman served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations at Tribune Broadcasting Holdco, LLC. He served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Tribune Company from 2000 to May 2008. He served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Tribune Broadcasting Company, Inc. He has served as the company's chief communication officer since late 2007. He served as Vice President of Corporate Communications of Tribune Co. since 2000. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master's Degree in Journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. He was a William Benton Fellow in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Chicago.

Mr. Brian Dollenmayer serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at WGN America of Tribune Media Company. Mr. Dollenmayer has been an Executive Vice President of On-Air Promotions and Marketing Operations at FOX Broadcasting Company, Inc.(FOX network) since October 2011. He spent 19 years with the FOX network. He served as Executive Vice President/On-Air Promotion and Marketing Operations at FOX network, where he served as the creative lead for all network promotion. He began his career in production at WTTE, the FOX affiliate in Columbus, Ohio, before moving on to a stint at WTTV in Indianapolis, Indiana. He joined FOX as a writer/producer in April, 1994. He guided the launches and award-winning marketing campaigns for such hit shows as The Following, New Girl, House, American Idol, The Mindy Project, and Glee.

Mr. Greg Easterly has been Senior Vice President for Group Operations at Tribune Broadcasting, adivision of Tribune Media Company since June 2016. Mr. Easterly has been Interim-General Manager of WPIX-TV in New York since June 2016. He served as General Manager of WGN-TV and President of WGN-TV at Tribune Broadcasting Company, LLC since April 2014. He joined WGN from WJW-TV in Cleveland and served as President and General Manager since 2007. Prior to joining WJW, he held news executive positions at KNXV-TV in Phoenix, KJRH-TV in Tulsa, and KBMT-TV in Beaumont, TX. He also spent time on-air, as an anchor at KLST-TV in San Angelo, TX. For ten years prior to that, he served as the station's Vice President and News Director, guiding the station to #1 in all local news day-parts. He began his broadcast career as a college student, working as a camera operator in the newsroom at KTAB-TV in Abilene, TX. In 2002, he was awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award for Professional Achievement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Abilene Christian University in Texas.

Mr. Jeffrey Dorsey, also known as Jeff, serves as Senior Vice President of Technology Operations at Tribune Company Inc. Mr. Dorsey served as Vice President of Core Technology at Tribune Co. since July 2008. served has been Vice President of Technology at the Chicago Tribune Company since January 2008. He served as Production Director of Operations at the paper. Mr. Dorsey started his career with the Chicago Tribune in 2000 and also served 15 years at&T (formerly, Ameritech) managing technical and financial functions, including strategic planning for network services. Mr. Dorsey obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management/Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
