Mr. Aaron P. Graft founded Triumph Insurance Group, Inc. in 2014 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman. Mr. Graft serves as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Savings Bank, SSB (now known as TBK Bank, SSB). Mr. Graft is the Founder, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. He is the Founder of Triumph Consolidated Cos., LLC and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TBK Bank SSB, a subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. He worked for Norton Rose Fulbright LLP (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP) where he focused on distressed loan workouts. Mr. Graft founded and served as the President of Triumph Land and Capital Management, LLC. He serves as the Chairman of Advance Business Capital LLC. He serves as the Chairman of Triumph Business Capital. He serves as Vice Chairman of The Bank of the West of Thomas, Oklahoma. He serves as a Director of TBK Bank SSB. He serves as Director of Triumph Savings Bank, SSB. He also serves as a Director of Triumph Community Bank, N.A., Triumph Commercial Finance, LLC and Triumph Consolidated Cos., LLC. Mr. Graft has a long and ongoing involvement with charitable organizations, including serving on the Dallas committee of International Justice Mission. He has also championed Triumph's participation in two well building trips to El Salvador with Living Water International and made multiple trips to Africa and Haiti. Mr. Graft is a member of Young President??? Organization and in 2014, he was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal with the ???40 Under 40??? award. He received a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Baylor University.

Mr. Daniel J. Karas, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of TBK Bank, SSB (Also known as Triumph Savings Bank, SSB) since July 2014 and 2012 respectively. Mr. Karas has nearly 30 years experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial finance. He served as an Executive Vice President of Asset Based Lending at Triumph Commercial Finance, LLC since May 23, 2012. Prior to joining Triumph, he served as an Executive Vice President of Marquette Healthcare Finance, a subsidiary of Marquette Financial Companies since March 2008. He served as an Executive Vice President of Marquette Commercial Finance, Inc. (MCF) since December 2006 and also served as its Managing Director. He joined MCF in 2006 and was responsible for the management of the business, as well as leading the national marketing efforts for Commercial Finance, Business Credit and Healthcare Finance. He served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Marquette Business Credit, Inc. since March 2008, where he led Marquette's general factoring business as well as marketing for its asset based lending platform. Prior to MCF, he worked 10 years with GE Commercial Finance, including leadership roles with Energy Financial Services, Enterprise Client Group and Corporate Lending. He served with GE Capital/Heller Financial as Managing Director of the Corporate Lending Group, then the Enterprise Client Group and finally Energy Financial Services. He joined GE Capital Corporate Lending and its predecessor Heller Financial's Corporate Finance Group in 1999 and has held leadership positions with JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America in Dallas and New York. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Finance Association. Mr. Karas received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management from Temple University and his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Mr. Adam D. Nelson has been General Counsel at Triumph Bancorp, Inc. since 2013 and its Executive Vice President and served as its Senior Vice President since 2013. Mr. Nelson also serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of TBK Bank SSB (Triumph Savings Bank), a subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. He serves as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Triumph Capital Advisors. Previously, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of ACE Cash Express, Inc., a financial services retailer. Prior to that, he was an attorney with the firm of Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, management led buyouts and private equity transactions. Mr. Nelson received a bachelor of arts in economics, magna cum laude, from Baylor University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

Ms. Gail Lehmann has been the Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at TBK Bank SSB (Triumph Savings Bank, SSB), a subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. since 2010 and serves as its Chief Information Officer. Ms. Lehmann has been Secretary and Executive Vice President of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. since November 9, 2016. She served as Vice President of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. from 2010 to November 9, 2016. She served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer and Secretary under Triumph's former name, Equity Bank, SSB. She served as Corporate Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of risk management for Bluebonnet Savings Bank, FSB, a $3+ billion wholesales thrift. Ms. Lehmann has been in the banking industry for over 35 years and worked at community banks, an international bank and several multi-bank holding companies ranging in size up to $5.3 billion. She also has expertise in the area of property and subsidiary management. She has experience in all facets of banking operations and held positions in virtually all areas of bank operations with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, information technology and venture capital environments. She has extensive experience in the area of property management. Ms. Lehmann received a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration/Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice, from the University of Illinois.

Mr. R. Bryce Fowler has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Fowler has been the President, Chief Financial Officer and Public Information Officer of TBK Bank SSB (Triumph Savings Bank, SSB), a subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. since November 2010. He joined Equity Bank, SSB in 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer, President and Public Information Officer to lead the effort to stabilize its financial condition, leading to its sale to Triumph in November 2010. His career includes fifteen years with Bluebonnet Savings Bank, SSB, where also served as President and Chief Financial Officer. He was a Member of the executive committee that led Bluebonnet through the acquisition and consolidation of these institutions, implemented and managed the government assistance agreement, expanded its state-wide lending operations to be national in scope and was one of the principal architects in the development and implementation of Bluebonnet's transition from a community bank franchise to a wholesale institution focused primarily in MBS investment strategies. Subsequent to the planned liquidation of Bluebonnet, Mr. Fowler was a Partner in Cyma Fund Advisors, which managed a $100 million capital investment in an $800 million leveraged mortgage-backed securities portfolio for two years. Mr. Fowler began his career in 1980 in public accounting as an auditor for David, Kinard & Company responsible primarily for financial institution clients, subsequently serving five years for Commodore Savings Association responsible for finance and accounting. Mr. Fowler serves as a Director of Triumph Commercial Finance, LLC. He has been a Director of Triumph Savings Bank, SSB since November 2010. He served as a Director of Equity Bank, SSB since 2008. He served as a Director of Bluebonnet Savings Bank, SSB. Mr. Fowler received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas - Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas (license inactive).
