The environment is what you make of it. My direct leadership and team are fantastic.
The micromanagement is insane. And the requests of daily completion from upper management are unattainable, but expected.
Leave. Hire on an entire new upper management. Employees are disposable and only a metric to help pad their lavish lifestyle.
