The family environment while still getting the company task accomplished.
Once the Walmart staff is invested in you they make it a lot of fun to work with them.
I'm not undervalued. I think if we want to keep people we need to pay them just a tad bit more.
I think that the hierview process eliminates someone's ability shine. Also when I am interviewing for a position I'm also seeing if I want the job. That process can make it harder to judge whether or not I would enjoy working with the company.
