Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We sometimes have to stay 5, 7, 10 min after, don't get paid for it. We had to go in 15 min early first 2 weeks, not paid. We don't get approved for our police promised
Being paid more then 14/hr bc of my experience I think I'm worth more then 14 but ig every one would think that or say that
Because I don't get affordable insurance.

Recruiters SHOULD STOP hiring qualified candidates&try skimming thru the “unqualified, underpaid,&ok living with their parents until they’ve gotten use out of the flat screen they bought with all of their life savings,just so that their box will be the biggest on the T-Roc retiree

I think that the hierview process eliminates someone's ability shine. Also when I am interviewing for a position I'm also seeing if I want the job. That process can make it harder to judge whether or not I would enjoy working with the company.
