Mr. Mark E. Murray is a Managing Director at Turning Basin Capital Partners, since 2013. He joined the firm in 2013. Mr. Murray served as a Manager of Strategic Investments for Utility at Dominion Resources Inc. He spent 11 years at Dominion, where most recently he managed the strategic investment activities with a focus on equity investments in the area of energy innovation, leading the successful closing of six growth equity investments. During his time with Dominion, Mr. Murray also held a variety of roles in the legal department, which included providing strategic advice and business development for Dominion's natural gas transmission and storage business, as well as managing the assets of the former Dominion Capital. Earlier in his career, he practiced corporate law at Troutman Sanders and Accounting at Arthur Andersen. He is an attorney and a C.P.A. Mr. Murray is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Accounting and the University of Richmond School of Law.

Mr. Thomas I. Willingham, also known as Tom, serves as the Managing Director of Turning Basin Capital Partners since 2015. He was a founding member of Turning Basin in 2013. Mr. Willingham served as Senior Managing Director and President at Ewing Bemiss & Co from 2002 to 2015. He was Managing Director at the firm. Mr. Willingham led the Ewing Bemiss's business and technology services industry practice. He leads the practice focused on advising companies in the energy, infrastructure and industrial services sector. Prior to joining the Ewing Bemiss in 2002, Mr. Willingham served as a Director in First Union Securities' Business Services Investment Banking Group, where he developed First Union's HR and Workforce Solutions investment banking practice. From 1995 to 98, Mr. Willingham served as a Vice President of Corporate Finance Group at Dain Rauscher Corp. He has provided investment banking services, including merger and acquisitions advisory services and public and private capital raising, to business and technology services companies since 1995 and with a focus on middle-market service industries since 1995. Mr. Willingham holds a MBA, with a concentration in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Mr. A. Hugh Ewing, III, serves as a Managing Director and Member of Advisory Board at Turning Basin Capital Partners. He was a founding member of Turning Basin in 2013. Mr. Ewing founded Ewing Bemiss & Co. in 1992 and serves as its President, Managing Director and Partner. He served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at First Union Capital Markets Corp. He was a Partner at Galleher & Company, where he was active in private placements, leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions and served as a Principal in leveraged buyouts and venture capital. He served as Vice President of Corporate Finance of Wheat, First Securities, Inc. He served as a General Partner of Hillcrest Group. He served as the Chairman of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. He serves as a director of Multitrade Biomass Holidings as well as a number of community and charitable groups. He serves as a Director of James River Coal Company, The Dominion Companies, Avid Medical and NSW, LLC. He served as a Director of Anthem Southeast, Inc. since 2000. He served as an Independent Director of MCG Capital Corp. from October 25, 2007 to December 31, 2012. He has more than 30 years experience in advising corporate clients, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, on financing and strategy. Mr. Ewing received a M.B.A. from the Darden School of the University of Virginia and graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.

Mr. Henry H. Berling serves as a Managing Director and Member of Advisory Board at Turning Basin Capital Partners. He was a founding member of Turning Basin in 2013. Mr. Berling serves as a Senior Managing Director at Ewing Bemiss & Co. He was a Managing Director at the firm. Mr. Berling joined Ewing Bemiss in 1998 and has been instrumental in building the firm's energy investment banking effort. Mr. Berling has also been active in the firm's principal investing activities. Prior to joining the firm, he was a supervising senior tax consultant in the financial services area with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Mr. Berling is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Berling graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy, with honors, from Villanova University.
