Mr. Malcolm F. Moore, also known as Mac, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Twin Disc, Incorporated since August 1, 2016. Mr. Moore served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Twin Disc, Incorporated from July 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016. Mr. Moore is responsible for overseeing Twin Disc's global manufacturing, as well as its sales/marketing functions. Mr. Moore served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Digi-Star LLC since June 2013. He is an experienced executive with over 35 years of diverse industry experience. Prior to joining Digi-Star, he served as an advisor to Baird Capital Partners from June 2010 to November 2011. From 1999 to 2010, Mr. Moore worked in a variety of executive roles at Gehl Company, a manufacturer of compact construction equipment, including serving as Chief Executive Officer from August 2009 to April 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gehl Company since April 2008 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer since August 1999. He served as the President of Compact Equipment Division at Manitou BF SA until April 1, 2010. He served as the President of Gehl Company from April 29, 2003 to April 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of Gehl Company since August 1999. From 1997 to 1999, he served with The Moore Group, a private investment consulting firm focused on the thermal processing equipment industry and from 1996 to 1997, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Pangborn Corporation. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Moore served as the President of LINAC Holdings, the U.S. financial Holding Co. for all the U.S. based thermal processing equipment companies owned by Ruhrgas AG. He served as Chairman of Digi-Star at RDS Technology Ltd. from November 2011 to June 2013. He has been an Independent Director of Ag Growth International Inc. since March 14, 2013. He has been a Director at FreightCar America Inc. since March 5, 2015 and Digi-Star, LLC since November 2011. He served as a Director of Twin Disc, Incorporated since October 2006. He serves as a Director of Digi-Star Holdings Inc. Mr. Moore holds a B.S. in International Business from American University and an M.B.A., from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management- Northwestern University.
