Mr. Brad Farrell has been the Chief Financial Officer of Two Harbors Investment Corp. since January 1, 2012. Mr. Farrell is responsible for Two Harbors' accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley and REIT compliance activities, along with preparing financial disclosures for its Securities Exchange Commission filings. He has been a Treasurer of Two Harbors Investment Corp. since January 1, 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 01, 2016. He is a financial executive with over 14 years of experience in corporate financial management, reporting and business analysis for public financial service companies. Previously, he served as a Controller of Two Harbors Investment Corp., since joining in 2009. Prior to joining Pine River in September 2009, he served as Vice President, Executive Director, External Reporting for GMAC ResCap, responsible for external reporting initiatives within the corporate function of GMAC ResCap from 2007 to 2009. From 2002 to 2007, he held various positions in finance and accounting with XL Capital and its affiliates. From 1997 to 2002 he employed with KPMG. He began his career in audit for KPMG and gained experience managing US GAAP implementation and Securities Exchange Act compliance engagements for foreign filers in its London practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and received B.S.B.A degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1997.

Ms. Rebecca B. Sandberg has been General Counsel and Secretary at Two Harbors Investment Corp. since March 1, 2013 and May 2012 respectively. Ms. Sandberg has been General Counsel at Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. since April 7, 2017 and serves as its Secretary. She served Deputy General Counsel of Two Harbors Investment Corp. from May 2012 to March 1, 2013 and its Senior Counsel from 2010 to 2012. Before joining Two Harbors, Ms. Sandberg served as a Senior Associate at Stoel Rives LLP from 2007 to 2010. She served as a Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Sandberg served as an Associate at Lindquist & Vennum PLLP. She received a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2000 and B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1994.

Mr. William Meyer Roth, also known as Bill, is Chief Investment Officer and has served as a Director of Two Harbors Investment Corp. since May 2015. Mr. Roth was appointed Chief Investment Officer in January 2013 after serving as Co-Chief Investment Officer since October 2009. Mr. Roth serves as Partner of Pine River Capital Management and is a Director of the Pine River Foundation. Mr. Roth also serves as a Director of Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. Prior to joining Pine River in 2009, Mr. Roth was at Citigroup and its predecessor firm, Salomon Brothers Inc., for 28 years where he was named a Director in 1987 and a Managing Director in 1997. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Roth managed a proprietary trading book at Citigroup with particular focus on mortgage and asset-backed securities. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Roth was part of the Salomon/Citi New York Mortgage Sales Department. From 1981 to 1994, Mr. Roth was based in Chicago and managed the Chicago Financial Institutions Sales Group for Salomon Brothers. He received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business in 1981, and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1979.
