Mr. William D. Moss, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Two River Bancorp., (formerly, Community Partners Bancorp.) since January 1, 2010. Mr. Moss has been the Chief Executive Officer of Two River Community Bank Inc., a subsidiary of Two River Bancorp since August 1, 2007 and President since August 1, 2006. Mr. Moss has over 35 years experience in the banking industry. Mr. Moss served as an Executive Vice President of Two River Bancorp from January 1, 2009 to January 1, 2010 and served as its Senior Loan Officer until January 1, 2010. He served as Vice President of Two River Bancorp. He served as Senior Vice President of Two River Community Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President of Two River from July 1, 2003, to July 31, 2006 and Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer from February 2000 to July 2003. In 1999, he helped found Two River Community Bank. He started his career in 1980 at Midlantic National Bank and served as its Regional Vice President/Group Manager since 1989. He joined Central Jersey Bank & Trust Company (now Bank of America) as a Vice President and Senior Regional Loan Officer. In 1996, Mr. Moss joined Shrewsbury State Bank as Vice President, responsible for commercial lending and business development. Mr. Moss has been a Director of Two River Community Bank since August 1, 2006, Two River Bancorp since 2009 and Atlantic Community Bankers Bank since September 17, 2015. He is a Councilman of the Borough of Shrewsbury. Mr. Moss was the President of the Board of Advisors of the American Cancer Society. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Christian Brothers Academy, based in Lincroft. He serves as a Trustee of The Community YMCA, Red Bank, New Jersey; the Monmouth County Historical Association, Freehold, New Jersey; the Christian Brothers Academy Alumni Association, Lincroft, New Jersey and the Howard Whitfield Foundation, Red Bank, New Jersey. Mr. Moss is also a Member of the U. S. Army Garrison Fort Monmouth Restoration Advisory Board, Eatontown, New Jersey and the New Jersey State Banking Advisory Board. Mr. Moss served on the board of the Monmouth Day Care Center and the Family & Children's Corporate Executive Board. Mr. Moss graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 1987.

Mr. A. Richard Abrahamian, also known as Rich, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President at Two River Bancorp since April 5, 2010. Mr. Abrahamian has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Two River Community Bank Inc. since December 2010 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has 29-year banking career. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Center BanCorp. Inc. from April 2008 to January 28, 2010 and its Treasurer from March 2008 to January 28, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Community Partners Bancorp. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Union Center National Bank, a subsidiary of Center BanCorp. Inc. from February 2008 to January 28, 2010. Mr. Abrahamian served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Synergy Financial Group Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Synergy Bank (the Bank), since August 23, 2005. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Synergy Financial Group Inc. He joined Synergy Bank in July 2005 as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. He served as a Senior Vice President with PNC Bank, responsible for evaluating opportunities for expansion and performance enhancement within PNC Bank retail banking network. Prior to that, Mr. Abrahamian served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at UnitedTrust Bank and Vice President and Controller at its parent company, United National Bancorp., from August 1992 to January 2004. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of United National Bank, a subsidiary of United National Bancorp. from September 1992. Mr. Abrahamian earned a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of the University of Delaware's Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. Alan B. Turner has been an Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer at Two River Community Bank, a subsidiary of Community Partners BanCorp. since August 1, 2007 and also serves as its Senior Loan Officer and served as its Vice President for Lending. Mr. Turner graduated from The American University in Washington, DC in 1986.

Ms. Robin Zager is a Principal and Partner of Commercial Property Advisors, LLC. Ms. Zager serves as Secretary at Two River Community Bank Inc. She serves as the President of Arzee Property Management Corporation, which oversees the operations of several medical and professional buildings in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Ms. Zager served as the President of the statewide organization of New Jersey Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Women (ICREW) and a was a national delegate to CREW Network. Ms. Zager serves as a Director of Two River Community Bank. She has been a Director of Community Partners BanCorp. since 2009. She was a Trustee at Congregation B'nai Israel in Rumson, New Jersey. Ms. Zager received her BS degree from Douglass College in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Ms. Rosann Zulauf has been Chief Retail Officer and Senior Vice President of Two River Bancorp and Two River Community Bank since October 2016. Ms. Zulauf joined Two River Community Bank with more than 30 years of experience, including 20 years in the financial services industry. She served as Vice President and Retail Market Manager at TD, where she managed a 15-store region in New Jersey. Ms. Zulauf opened more than 57 in-store branches as a Senior Manager with Bank of America, and later served as Vice President managing a large commercial branch. Her career also includes management of sales and service at Macy's By Appointment, where she served as Senior Regional Executive overseeing 26 stores. She was President of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Zulauf holds degrees in psychology and criminal justice from The College of New Jersey, Ewing, New Jersey.

Mr. William H. Winans has been Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Northern Region at Two River Bancorp since February 2017. Mr. Winans is responsible for commercial lending and business development in northern New Jersey. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial lending. He served as Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Provident Bank. He served as Regional President at Team Capital Bank. Mr. Winans served as President of Pascack Community Bank since December 2004. Prior to this Mr. Winans served as Chief Executive Officer President of Mariner's Bank in Edgewater, New Jersey. Mr. Winans served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pascack Community Bank since December 2004. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Pascack Bancorp, Inc., since December 2004. He served as a Director of Mariner's Bank in Edgewater, New Jersey. Mr. Winans maintains professional affiliations with the New Jersey Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association (NJ) and Independent Bankers Association. Mr. Winans holds BS and MBA degrees in Economics and Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck.

Mr. Scott Keller has been the Senior Vice President of Residential Mortgage Division at Two River Bancorp since October 15, 2014. Mr. Keller's previous experience includes the position of Vice President at Rumson Fair Haven Bank & Trust prior the Company's merger, where he successfully built and oversaw a staff of licensed mortgage originators and operational employees in 20 months.
