Mr. William D. Moss, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Two River Bancorp., (formerly, Community Partners Bancorp.) since January 1, 2010. Mr. Moss has been the Chief Executive Officer of Two River Community Bank Inc., a subsidiary of Two River Bancorp since August 1, 2007 and President since August 1, 2006. Mr. Moss has over 35 years experience in the banking industry. Mr. Moss served as an Executive Vice President of Two River Bancorp from January 1, 2009 to January 1, 2010 and served as its Senior Loan Officer until January 1, 2010. He served as Vice President of Two River Bancorp. He served as Senior Vice President of Two River Community Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President of Two River from July 1, 2003, to July 31, 2006 and Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer from February 2000 to July 2003. In 1999, he helped found Two River Community Bank. He started his career in 1980 at Midlantic National Bank and served as its Regional Vice President/Group Manager since 1989. He joined Central Jersey Bank & Trust Company (now Bank of America) as a Vice President and Senior Regional Loan Officer. In 1996, Mr. Moss joined Shrewsbury State Bank as Vice President, responsible for commercial lending and business development. Mr. Moss has been a Director of Two River Community Bank since August 1, 2006, Two River Bancorp since 2009 and Atlantic Community Bankers Bank since September 17, 2015. He is a Councilman of the Borough of Shrewsbury. Mr. Moss was the President of the Board of Advisors of the American Cancer Society. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Christian Brothers Academy, based in Lincroft. He serves as a Trustee of The Community YMCA, Red Bank, New Jersey; the Monmouth County Historical Association, Freehold, New Jersey; the Christian Brothers Academy Alumni Association, Lincroft, New Jersey and the Howard Whitfield Foundation, Red Bank, New Jersey. Mr. Moss is also a Member of the U. S. Army Garrison Fort Monmouth Restoration Advisory Board, Eatontown, New Jersey and the New Jersey State Banking Advisory Board. Mr. Moss served on the board of the Monmouth Day Care Center and the Family & Children's Corporate Executive Board. Mr. Moss graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 1987.
