Mr. David T. Merrill has been the Chief Operating Officer of Unit Corporation since August 28, 2017. Mr. Merrill served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Unit Corporation since February 24, 2004 until August 30, 2017 and its Senior Vice President since May 2, 2012 until August 28, 2017. He served as the Vice President of Finance at Unit Corporation from August 2003 to February 24, 2004. He is a Graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Mark E. Schell has been a General Counsel and Secretary of Unit Corporation since joining January 1987. Mr. Schell has been a Senior Vice President of Unit Corporation since December 2002. He served as a Secretary and General Counsel of Unit Petroleum Company since January 1987 and served as its Senior Vice President since December 2002. From 1979 until joining Unit, Mr. Schell was Counsel, Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of C&S Exploration, Inc. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and holds Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa Law School. Mr. Schell is a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Association as well as being a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries.

Mr. John H. Cromling has been an Executive Vice President of Drilling for Unit Drilling Company, a subsidiary of Unit Corporation since April 15, 2005. Mr. Cromling is responsible for Unit's contract drilling operations in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle, as well as for the purchasing for all Unit rigs. He served as the Senior Vice President of Drilling Operations at Unit Corporation from Janaury 2004 to April 2005. He joined Unit Drilling Company in 1997 as a Vice-President and Division Manager. In 1980, he formed Cromling Drilling Company. Prior to this, he was employed by Big Chief Drilling for 11 years and served as Vice-President. Mr. Cromling is Graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. Don A. Hayes has been the Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of Unit Corporation since September 01, 2008 and has been its Vice President since January 2012. Mr. Hayes served as an Assistant Controller of Unit Corporation since September 2003. Mr. Hayes joined Unit Corporation in October 1984 and served as a Staff Accountant in Taxation and Drilling Accounting until May 1989 when he was promoted to Financial Reporting Supervisor. He began his career as a Staff Accountant with Jim Elliot, CPA from August 1982 to October 1984. He has a Masters Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Robert H. Parks, Jr., also known as Bob, has been the President and Manager of Superior Pipeline Company, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Unit Corporation since June 1996. Mr. Parks successfully grew Superior's base of gathering, treating and processing assets until Unit Corporation acquired the equity interests of Mr. Parks and the private company in July 2004. Mr. Parks joined Unit Corp. in July 2004 upon the acquisition of Superior Pipeline Company, L.L.C. He founded Superior in June 1996 and served as its Manager. Prior to founding Superior, Mr. Parks co-founded Cimarron Gathering and Processing Company in 1992. From April 1992 to April 1996, Mr. Parks served as Vice-President of Gathering and Processing for Cimarron Gas Companies. From December 1986 to March 1992, he served as Vice-President of Business Development for American Central Gas Companies. Mr. Parks began his career as an engineer with Cities Service Company in 1978. Mr. Parks holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. David Dunham has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at Unit Corporation since August 28, 2017. Mr. Dunham served as Vice President of Corporate Planning at Unit Corp. since January 2012. Mr. Dunham served as at Unit Corp. since November 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Toopher Inc. He served as Director of Corporate Planning at Unit Corp. from November 2007 to January 2012. Mr. Dunham served as Manager Structure and Financial Analysis for Williams Power, a subsidiary of the Williams Companies from 2004 to 2007. He was a Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Planning Analyst at Leggett & Platt, Inc from 2002 to 2004. He began his career as a Trading Analyst at Williams Energy Marketing & Trading. Mr. Dunham received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and the Honors Program in Medical Education from Northwestern University, his Master of Science in Finance degree from The University of Tulsa and his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

James White serves as the Vice President, Human Resources of Unit Petroleum Company. James started at Unit Petroleum Company in October of 2007. James is currently based in the Tulsa, Oklahoma Area.
