Mr. Jonathan Roitman, also known as Jon, serves as the Senior Vice President of Airport Operations at United Continental Holdings, Inc. and United Airlines, Inc. Mr. Roitman oversees United's worldwide airport operations, including on-time performance, customer service and ramp operations, as well as all aspects of United Cargo's revenue, marketing, operations, product quality and customer service. Mr. Roitman served as Senior Vice President of Airport Operations and Cargo United at United Continental Holdings, Inc. He served as Staff Vice President for Newark Hub of Continental Airlines, Inc.
