Mr. Deepak Menon has been the Chief Revenue Officer since December 10, 2015 at United Insurance Holdings Corp. and also served its Vice President of Operations & Business Development since July 29, 2013 until December 10, 2015. Mr. Menon is responsible for driving strategic growth efforts of UPC Insurance in all states. Mr. Menon has an extensive 18-year background in the insurance industry with experience in marketing leadership positions focused on distribution strategy, executing new initiatives and successful state expansion. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Mr. Menon served as Marketing Director for American Strategic Insurance (ASI), a $1.0 billion premium St. Petersburg, FL-based homeowners insurer. Mr. Menon worked closely with the product, underwriting, claims and IT departments and coordinated ASI's expansion into 22 states as well as the District of Columbia. Mr. Menon holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tampa, as well as a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Paul F. DiFrancesco has been Chief Underwriting Officer at United Insurance Holdings Corp. since August 10, 2016. Mr. DiFrancesco joined United Insurance Holdings Corp. on November 23, 2015. He was President of Medical Services and Equipment Division at PMSI, Inc. He served as President of AutoOne Insurance Co., since January 1, 2007 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. DiFrancesco served as Chief Operating Officer of AutoOne Insurance Co. since August 2005 and its Senior Vice President from August 2005 to January 1, 2007. He has over 35 years of multi-line Property Casualty experience with leadership roles in both regional and multi-national Fortune 100 insurance companies. He served as Vice President of the Specialty Automobile division at St. Paul Travelers and also served as President of Mendota Insurance Company, St. Paul Travelers' nonstandard auto operation. Prior to Travelers, he served as Executive Vice President of product and business development at ACE-INA Holdings, Inc., a multi-line international insurance and reinsurance firm, where he was responsible for expanding and developing P&C businesses in the Consumer Solutions group. Prior to those mentioned, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Management, at Bankers Insurance Group, Senior Vice President of Operations at Riscorp, Inc. and Vice President, Personal Lines at USF&G. Mr. DiFrancesco obtained a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Hartford.

Mr. Andrew D. Swenson, also known as Andy, has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of United Insurance Holdings Corp., since August 27, 2013. Mr. Swenson served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Vology Inc. since November 10, 2011. Mr. Swenson served as Vice President of Information Technology at Vology Inc. (formerly Vology Data Systems) until November 10, 2011. Mr. Swenson served as the Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Security & Infrastructure of Tribridge. He had overall responsibility for the development and management of the Information Security and Infrastructure Practice at Tribridge. He has over 30 years of information technology experience with middle market and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Swenson had been responsible for developing and implementing strategic IT plans to support rapid organic and acquisition growth. He is a member of several information technology advisory boards in the Tampa Bay area. He began his career in Information Technology in 1982. His experience includes all aspects of information technology, including information security and infrastructure services, strategic planning, new product development and project management. Prior to joining Tribridge, Mr. Swenson founded Integration Specialists, Inc. (ISI), which was acquired by Tribridge in July 2003. Prior to founding ISI, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer with two public companies - Sykes Enterprises, Inc. and ABR Information Services, Inc. He serves as a Member of Solutions Advisory Board of FairWarning, Inc. (formerly Epictide, Inc). He serves as a Member of the advisory board of Florida Metropolitan University. He serves as a Director of Tampa Chapter of Infragard, the Tampa Bay Chapter of ISSA. Mr. Swenson appeared on NBC Daytime as an Internet Security Expert a panelist for Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist on Internet Security. He was a founding member of the CIO Council and has taught several sessions at St Pete College and speaks at Infragard, ISSA and MIS Training Institute seminars. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional designation. Mr. Swenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Coleman College in San Diego, California and a Telecommunications Management Certification from Christian Brothers College in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. Benneth Bradford Martz, also known as Brad, has been the Chief Financial Officer of United Insurance Holdings Corp., since October 1, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Secretary. From 2004 to present, Mr. Martz served as the Chief Accounting Officer and then Chief Financial Officer for Bankers, where his responsibilities included leading all aspects of accounting and finance with a team of over 40 professionals in five locations. He oversaw the specific financial matters at the insurance company, including risk management, reinsurance program design and managing financial communications with A.M. Best and other rating agencies and regulators. He also was instrumental in directing the firm's merger and acquisition functions, having completed several strategic purchases and divestitures as well as the development of integration plans and strategic partnerships. Prior to his tenure with Bankers, Mr. Martz served as managing partner at a regional accounting firm, Lake, Martz & Company, P.A. from 2002 to 2004 and as the Chief Financial Officer at Bonded Builders Service Corp. in Boca Raton, FL from 1996 to 2001. He served as Controller at Regency Homes, Inc., and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Unisys Corporation. Mr. Martz holds a B.S. in finance and real estate from the University of Colorado and an MBA in accounting from Northeastern University. He is Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in the state of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Scott St. John has been Chief Claims Officer of United Insurance Holdings Corp. since August 22, 2016. Mr. St. John is responsible for directing and leading all aspects of the Company's claims operations. His has over 25 years of industry-related experience, of which more than 15 years was spent at Fortune 100 companies that specialize in property and casualty insurance. Most recently, Mr. St. John served as the Eastern Property Field Zone Leader for Farmers Insurance Group (Farmers), a diversified U.S. based property and casualty insurance group with 2015 direct written premiums of over $19 billion. While at Farmers, Mr. St. John was responsible for managing all personal lines property claims in a 27 state region. Previously, he served as the National Manager of catastrophe operations for Farmer's. Mr. St. Johns holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, as well as Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.

Ms. Kimberly A. Salmon, also known as Kim, Esq., has been the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at United Insurance Holdings Corp. since February 24, 2014. Ms. Salmon has over 21 years of industry-related experience. She was a Partner at Groelle & Salmon, P.A., where her litigation practice and professional activities and affiliations focused on fighting fraud in the insurance industry. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. She has testified as an expert before the Office of Insurance Regulation and has addressed the legislature to identify improper conduct in the industry and affect reform. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. Middle District of Florida. Ms. Salmon received a J.D. at Stetson University College of Law and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
