Mr. Steven V. Abramson, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Universal Display Corporation since January 2008 and May 1996 respectively. Mr. Abramson served as the Chief Operating Officer of Universal Display Corp., from May 1996 to January 2008. Since March 1992 until May 1996, he served as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Treasurer of Roy F. Weston, Inc. From 1982 to 1991, he was employed by InterDigital, where he held various positions, including General Counsel, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Technology Licensing Division. Mr. Abramson serves as Director of Global and a Consultant to Global. He has been a Director at Universal Display Corporation since May 1996. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Advanced Technology Center for Photonics and Optoelectronic Materials (POEM) at Princeton University and is a member of the Board of Governors of the United States Display Consortium. Mr. Sidney D. Rosenblatt has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary at Universal Display Corporation since June 1995 and has been Director since May 1996. Mr. Rosenblatt is the owner and served as the President of S. Zitner Company from August 1990 to December 1998. From May 1982 to August 1990, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of InterDigital. He has been a Director of Universal Display Corporation since May 1996. Mr. Rosenblatt also serves on the Boards of Directors of various non-profit organizations.

Mr. Mauro Premutico has been the Vice President of Legal and General Manager of Patents & Licensing at Universal Display Corp since April 2012. Mr. Premutico has decades of experience in patent protection, intellectual property law and licensing to Universal Display. While at The Walt Disney Company as Managing Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel he managed the patent legal and corporate technology licensing teams for all Disney companies, served as lead negotiator on all significant patent and technology licensing matters and developed teams that monetized Disney's patent assets. Before Disney, Mr. Premutico served as Vice President of Intellectual Property Law and Licensing and Assistant General Counsel at Lenovo Group Holdings, where he helped build and oversaw its patent portfolio management and licensing teams in the U.S., China and Japan. He served as Special Counsel at the law firm of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York, N.Y., where he was co-head of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice, he served as Vice President, Intellectual Property and Assistant General Counsel at Symbol Technologies, where his responsibilities included enforcement of its patents and negotiating key technology transactions.

Dr. Julia J. Brown, Ph.D., has been the Chief Technical Officer at Universal Display Corp. since June 2002 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Dr. Brown joined Universal Display Corp. in June 1998 as its Vice President of Technology Development and served as its Vice President since June 2002. From November 1991 to June 1998, Dr. Brown was a Research Department Manager at Hughes Research Laboratories where she directed the pilot line production of high-speed Indium Phosphide-based integrated circuits for insertion into advanced airborne radar and satellite communication systems. She worked at Raytheon Company from 1983 to 1984 and AT&T Bell Laboratories from 1984 to 1986. Dr. Brown has served as an Associate Editor of Journal of Electronic Materials and as an elected member of the Electron Device Society Technical Board. She co-founded an IEEE-sponsored international engineering mentoring program and is a Senior Member of the IEEE. Dr. Brown has served on numerous technical conference committees and is a member of the Society of Information Display. She received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1983. Dr. Brown received an M.S. (1988) and Ph.D. (1991) in Electrical Engineering/Electrophysics at the University of Southern California under the advisement of Professor Stephen R. Forrest.

Ms. Elizabeth H. Gemmill, also known as Betsy, Esq., served as the President of the Warwick Foundation since January 1999. Ms. Gemmill served as Vice President and Secretary of Tasty Baking Company from February 1988 to March 1999. She served as the Chairman of Philadelphia University since June 1998. She has been an Lead Director of Beneficial Bancorp, Inc. (Formerly, Beneficial Mutual BanCorp. Inc.) since 2005 and Director since 2014. She has been a Trustee of Philadelphia University since 1979. She serves as a Director of Philadelphia Insurance Companies. She has been an Independent Director at Universal Display Corporation since April 1997. She has been Independent Director of Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. since October 2000. She has been a Trustee of Beneficial Bank and Director of Beneficial Savings Bank MHC and Beneficial Mutual BanCorp, Inc. since 2005. She served as a Director of American Water Works Company Inc. from 1983 to 2003. Ms. Gemmill serves as Member of Board of Trustees of Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as a Trustee of The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University (alternate name is The Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia).

Mr. Sherwin I. Seligsohn founded NanoFlex Power Corporation (Global Photonic Energy Corporation) in 1994 and served as Chief Executive Officer since 1994. Mr. Seligsohn served as the President of Universal Technology Systems Corporation (Global Photonic Energy Corporation) from June, 1995 to May, 1996. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Universal Display Corp. from June 1995 to December 2007. He founded Universal Display Corporation and served as its President until May 1996. He served as President and Secretary of American Biomimetics Corporation ('ABC'), International Multi-Media Corporation ('IMMC'), and Wireless Unified Network Systems Corporation ('WUNS'). He has been the Chairman at Universal Display Corporation since June 1995. From June 1990 to October 1991, he served as Chairman Emeritus of InterDigital Communications, Inc. ('InterDigital'), (formerly, International Mobile Machines Corporation). He was the Founder of InterDigital and from August 1972 to June 1990 and served as Chairman. Mr. Seligsohn served as a Director of Universal Technology Systems Corp. (Global Photonic Energy Corporation) since 1994. He serves as a Director of Universal Display Corp. Mr. Seligsohn served as Chairman of American Biomimetics Corporation ('ABC'), International Multi-Media Corporation ('IMMC'), and Wireless Unified Network Systems Corporation ('WUNS'). Mr. Seligsohn is a Member of the Industrial Advisory Board of the Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials (PRISM) at Princeton University.
