Mr. Jeffrey M. Schweitzer, also known as Jeff, CPA, has been the Chief Executive Officer at Univest Bank and Trust Co., since January 01, 2014. Mr. Schweitzer graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Mr. Eric W. Conner has been Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Univest Bank & Trust Co. and Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania since July 2012. Mr. Conner is responsible for the overall strategic direction and implementation of all technology initiatives at Univest Corporation, the Bank and its subsidiaries. Mr. Conner joined Univest in April 2006 as vice president and director of e-commerce. He was promoted in July 2009 to Senior Vice President and Director of E-Commerce and Consumer Services. In this role, he developed and implemented Univest's customer service center and launched several online and mobile convenience services to improve customer experiences and remain competitive. He has 18 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to First USA/Bank One, he spent 7 years at Price Waterhouse where he specialized in audits of Financial Services Clients. He began his career with Price Waterhouse, where he served as an Audit Manager in their Financial Services Practice Group. He was also a Member of First USA's ALM committee and was responsible for monitoring and managing performance of First USA's six master trusts. Mr. Deacon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University, majoring in Accounting with a concentration in Finance.
