Mr. David I. Rosenthal has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer at UQM Technologies Inc. since May 1, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. In this role, Mr. Rosenthal leads Accounting, Finance, Investor Relations and Human Resources. He served as the Chief Financial Officer for Sanz, Inc. and Hickory Farms, portfolio companies of the private-equity firm Sun Capital Partners. He has extensive finance and accounting experience in senior leadership roles across a variety of industries during his 30+ year career. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of SAN Holdings Inc., since June 21, 2007. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Cyanotech Corp. from February 27, 2010 to January 11, 2011. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Healthy Food Holdings, Inc., since September 2006. Mr. Rosenthal served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary of Spectralink Corporation from August 2004 to April 2006. He served as Treasurer of Spectralink Corporation from March 23, 2005 to April 2006 and previously served as its Vice President of Finance and Administration since April 20, 2004. He joined SpectraLink from StarTek, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from August 2001 to 2003 and also served as its Secretary and Treasurer. He served as an Advisor to StarTek Inc. Before joining StarTek, he served as Cthe Chief Financial Officer of Celestial Seasonings, from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Rosenthal joined Celestial Seasonings Inc. on August 10, 1999 and served as its Senior Director of Finance. Prior to Celestial Seasonings, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Hauser, Inc., from June 1994 to July 1999. Before 1994, he served in senior financial management positions in Public and Private High Technology Companies, including Tandem Computers, Inc. and Octel Communications Corporation. He held senior level Finance and Administration roles at Ampro Computers. He served as Non-Executive Assistant of Spectralink Corporation from April 2006 to september 2009. He served as Director of Cyanotech Corporation from November 2000 to October 12, 2011. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Rosenthal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from California State University.

Mr. Adrian P. Schaffer has been Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development at UQM Technologies, Inc. since July 1, 2017. Mr. Schaffer served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at UQM Technologies, Inc. from December 01, 2011 to July 1, 2017. Mr. Schaffer served as Vice President of Sales for the Industrial Commercial & Energy Group (ICE) for Linamar Corporation. Prior to that, he spent nearly twenty years in senior executive and sales positions at Motorola where he successfully launched new technologies that are now a part of the global vehicle marketplace. Mr. Schaffer earned his MBA from Michigan State University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College.

Mr. Josh Marc Ley has been Vice President of Engineering at UQM Technologies Inc. since March 4, 2015. Mr. Ley oversees all technology and R&D functions and joins the executive leadership team of the UQM Technologies Inc. He has over 20 years of engineering experience specifically related to electric motor design. He joined UQM as an Intern in 1994. He became a full-time Motor Design Engineer in 1998 and served as Manager of Motor Design Engineering. Mr. Ley has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Colorado State University.

Josh Ley serves as the Vice President of Engineering of UQM Technologies, Inc.. Josh started at UQM Technologies, Inc. in Mar of 2015. Josh currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
