Mr. Bruce J. Nicholson has been the Vice President of Corporate Development at Uranium Energy Corp. since March 2011. Previously till March 2011, Mr. Nicholson served as a Vice President of Finance at Uranium Energy Corp. He has spent 15 years as an industry specialist in the basic materials and metals and mining industries working for major U.S. and European global banks, broker dealers, investment funds, and producers of physical commodities. Mr. Nicholson served as Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Mining Corp. from September 4, 2009 to July 5, 2010. He was a Basic Materials Analyst at BNP Paribas Global Markets. At the firm, Mr. Nicholson advised the bank's New York commodity group on matters pertaining to the uranium sector and interfaced with a global team of in-house geologists and commodity traders. He has also served as an Equity Analyst at Citigroup Inc., Research Division, a Security Analyst at Bank of New York, and was employed at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Nicholson also worked for 4 years in the investment field for DWS Investments and a resources focused hedge fund specializing in global investments in the metals and mining industry. He has worked as a financial consultant to a number of publicly traded small cap companies in the bio-degradable plastics, oil and gas, and in the mining industry. Mr. Nicholson served as Director of Alliance Mining Corp. from September 4, 2009 to July 5, 2010. He was the Chairman of the New York Section of the Society for Mining Exploration (SME) from 2007to 2008. At SME, Mr. Nicholson organized the annual NY nuclear renaissance meeting with global experts on uranium and nuclear issues from Cameco, Exelon, TradeTech, and others. He was member of the Minerals Economics and Management Society (MEMS), Minerals Industry Analyst Group (MRAG), and New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA). Mr. Nicholson is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He graduated with a M.B.A. degree in Finance from Rutgers University in 1995.
