Mr. Amir Adnani Co-founded Uranium Energy Corp. and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since January 24, 2005. He founded Blender Media Inc. and served as its President. Mr. Adnani Co-Founded Fort Sun Investments Inc. in June 2001 and served as its Officer from June 2001 to September 2004. Mr. Scott Eric Melbye has been an Executive Vice President at Uranium Energy Corp. since September 08, 2014. Mr. Melbye has been a Vice President of Commercial at Uranium Participation Corporation since September 2, 2014. He serves as President of the Uranium Producers of America. He is a 30 veteran of the nuclear energy industry having held key leadership positions in major global uranium mining companies and various industry organizations. He served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing at Uranium One Inc. from May 2011 to June 2014. Mr. Melbye has over 27 years of experience in uranium trading, procurement and marketing and served as President of Cameco, Inc., a subsidiary of Cameco Corporation, where he was responsible for managing its world-wide uranium marketing and trading activities. He also played a leading role in representing the Uranium Producers of America in its discussions with the U.S. Department of Energy on the disposition of the DOE's uranium inventories. Prior to joining Cameco in 1989, Mr. Melbye held positions at Nukem, Inc., and Arizona Public Service, where he was actively involved in trading and fuel procurement, respectively. He serves as Chair of the Board of Governors of the World Nuclear Fuel Market (WNFM). Mr. Melbye served as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the World Nuclear Fuel Market and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Arizona State University, with degree specialization in International Business.

Mr. William Robert Underdown, also known as Bob, Jr., BSc has been a Vice President of Production & Operations at Uranium Energy Corp. since September 27, 2013. Mr. Underdown served as Vice President of Production at Uranium Energy Corp. He has held senior operational positions at ISR uranium mines in Texas since 1978. He has extensive experience designing, managing and reclaiming ISR uranium mines. Throughout his career, Mr. Underdown has worked with the regulatory agencies in Texas specifically pertaining to ISR uranium production.

Mr. Bruce J. Nicholson has been the Vice President of Corporate Development at Uranium Energy Corp. since March 2011. Previously till March 2011, Mr. Nicholson served as a Vice President of Finance at Uranium Energy Corp. He has spent 15 years as an industry specialist in the basic materials and metals and mining industries working for major U.S. and European global banks, broker dealers, investment funds, and producers of physical commodities. Mr. Nicholson served as Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Mining Corp. from September 4, 2009 to July 5, 2010. He was a Basic Materials Analyst at BNP Paribas Global Markets. At the firm, Mr. Nicholson advised the bank's New York commodity group on matters pertaining to the uranium sector and interfaced with a global team of in-house geologists and commodity traders. He has also served as an Equity Analyst at Citigroup Inc., Research Division, a Security Analyst at Bank of New York, and was employed at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Nicholson also worked for 4 years in the investment field for DWS Investments and a resources focused hedge fund specializing in global investments in the metals and mining industry. He has worked as a financial consultant to a number of publicly traded small cap companies in the bio-degradable plastics, oil and gas, and in the mining industry. Mr. Nicholson served as Director of Alliance Mining Corp. from September 4, 2009 to July 5, 2010. He was the Chairman of the New York Section of the Society for Mining Exploration (SME) from 2007to 2008. At SME, Mr. Nicholson organized the annual NY nuclear renaissance meeting with global experts on uranium and nuclear issues from Cameco, Exelon, TradeTech, and others. He was member of the Minerals Economics and Management Society (MEMS), Minerals Industry Analyst Group (MRAG), and New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA). Mr. Nicholson is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He graduated with a M.B.A. degree in Finance from Rutgers University in 1995.

Mr. Patrick Obara, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Uranium Energy Corp. since October 29, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Obara has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of GoldMining Inc. formerly known as Brazil Resources Inc. since January 4, 2011 and September 2009 respectively. Mr. Obara served as Vice President of Administration at Uranium Energy Corp. since January 5, 2011 until October 2015. Mr. Obara served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Uranium Energy Corp., from August 23, 2006 to January 5, 2011. Mr. Obara served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Uranium Energy Corp., from August 23, 2006 to January 5, 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alto Ventures Ltd. He served as a Consultant to several private and publicly listed companies providing various consulting services in the areas of corporate finance and administration. He provided various administrative consulting services for two private companies involved in various business activities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Mongolia and North America since March 2003. Prior to April 2004, Mr. Obara served as the Chief Financial Officer of two public companies listed on TSX Venture Exchange. He has been a Director of Brazil Resources Inc. since September 9, 2009. Mr. Obara was involved in the restructuring, organizing and management of these development stage companies which were involved in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Obara served as a Director of Forum Uranium Corp. He served as a Director of Alto Ventures Ltd. He holds a degree in Building Technology, Land and Construction Economics, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in British Columbia.
