Mr. Michael K. Lawlor has been Chief Services Officer at USA Technologies Inc. since March 8, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development from June 07, 2010 to March 8, 2016. Mr. Lawlor served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at USA Technologies Inc. since January 28, 2008. After leaving PepsiCo, Mr. Lawlor joined Aladdin Industries, a leading manufacturer of promotional drinkware, as Director of Restaurant Sales. During his tenure at Aladdin, he was responsible for securing Coca-Cola's Business at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Lawlor holds a Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas. Mr. Lawlor graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Texas Arlington in 1986.

Mr. George Harrum serves as a Senior Vice President of Operations of USA Technologies Inc., and served as its Vice President of Operations. Mr. Harrum is responsible for managing the performance and functionality of USA Technologies??? ePort Connect network services including customer service. Mr. Harrum manages all aspects of product fulfillment, contract manufacturing and third party hardware relationships for USA Technologies. Prior to joining USA Technologies in April 2001, Mr. Harrum was employed for 19 years by Danyl/Schlumberger, a software and product management company with a focus on stored value devices for campus systems installed on vending, copier, laundry and other unattended kiosks that traditionally accepted cash. While at Danyl/Schlumberger, Mr. Harrum held various positions including software developer, systems analyst, product manager and programming manager. Mr. Harrum has also held positions related to the installation and development of business software. He received his Associates Degree in Accounting from Camden County College, attended Temple University for software engineering courses and received a software engineering certificate from Trinity College.

Ms. Priyanka Singh, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of USA Technologies, Inc. since March 31, 2017 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Singh has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including five years in the payments industry. She joined USA Technologies, Inc. from Global Payments Inc. Following the acquisition by Global Payments of Heartland Payment Systems in 2016, she served as Vice President of Product Strategy and Innovation and Division Chief Financial Officer for Heartland Commerce, which focuses on point of sale solutions. Prior to the acquisition, she spent five years at Heartland Payment Systems, served as the Divisional Chief Financial Officer of the Heartland Commerce units and as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. She spent several years with General Electric in various leadership roles at both GE Capital and GE Healthcare, focusing on financial planning and analysis, accounting, controllership, internal auditing and SOX compliance. Ms. Singh is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the AICPA. She received a Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Rajasthan, India.

Tammy Baker serves as the Vice President Engineering of USA Technologies. Tammy started at USA Technologies in September of 2010. Tammy is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mike Marett serves as the SVP Business Development of USA Technologies. Mike started at USA Technologies in November of 2017. Mike is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
