Mr. Phillip Turner, also known as Phil, has been Group Head of Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability at Vedanta Limited since July 2017 and served as its Group Head of S&O Health until July 2017. Mr. Turner joined Vedanta Limited in September 2014. Mr. Turner has a Master of Applied Science degree in Risk Engineering from Ballarat University; Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hygiene from Deakin University; and Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management from Ballarat C.A.E.

Mr. Navin Kumar Agarwal has been an Executive Chairman of Vedanta Limited since April 1, 2014. Mr. Agarwal serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Sesa Goa Ltd. He has been Executive Vice Chairman at Vedanta Resources Plc since July 2015. He plays a key role in developing strategic thinking and the governance framework of Vedanta and provides leadership for long-term planning, business development and capital planning. Mr. Kumar served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Vedanta Limited from December 2013 to October 1, 2016. He has over 28 years Industry experience. He served as Chief Operating Officer for Smelters of Hindustan Zinc Ltd. until March 8, 2017. Mr. Sharma served as a Senior Vice President of JSW Steel Ltd. Mr. Sharma served as Managing Director of Jindal Praxair Oxygen Co. Pvt. Ltd. He has experience of serving HMT Watches Limited, Su-Raj Diamonds India Private Limited, AMP India Private Limited and Praxair India Private Limited in various key positions. Mr. Sharma holds Bachelor's Degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Engineering College Kota, University of Rajasthan and a Master's in Business Administration in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, India.

Ms. Roma Balwani served as President of Group Communications and Sustainable Development at Vedanta Resources plc since April 3, 2017 until June 19, 2017 and served as its President of Group Communications, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility since April 2014 until April 3, 2017. Ms. Balwani has been the President of Group Communications, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Vedanta Limited since April 2014. Ms. Balwani served as an Executive Vice President of Group Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility of Vedanta Limited since April 2014 until August 2014. She served as an Executive Officer of Aptech Ltd. She served as an Executive Vice President of Group Communications & CSR at Vedanta Resources plc. Mrs. Deshnee Naidoo has been the Chief Executive Officer of Zinc International & Copper Mines Tasmania at Vedanta Resources since February 2015. Mrs. Naidoo joined Vedanta Resources in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in the resources industry including platinum, thermal coal and manganese. Prior to joining the Group, she was with Anglo American as Chief Financial Officer - Thermal Coal in South Africa. She had previously held various technical and commercial positions across Anglo American. Mrs. Naidoo joined Anglo American in 1998 as a trainee metallurgist at the Precious Metals Refinery and over a 15 year span she held various roles including Process Engineering (Corporate Office), Process Control, Strategic Long Term Planning, Corporate Finance, Chief Executive Officer's Office and Chief Financial Officer - Thermal Coal at Anglo American in which her responsibilities entailed management of two commodity groupings (thermal coal and manganese) across three regions (South Africa, South America and Australia). She serves as a Director of THL Zinc Namibia Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, Skorpion Zinc (Proprietary) Limited, Skorpion Mining Company (Proprietary) Limited and Black Mountain Mining Proprietary Limited. She has been a Director of Copper Mines of Tasmania Pty Ltd since April 17, 2015. She has been a Director of Thalanga Copper Mines Pty Ltd. since April 17, 2015. Mr. Ponnuswamy Ramnath has been Chief Executive Officer of Vedanta Limited-Copper Business since October 10, 2017. Mr. Ramnath served as the Chief Executive Officer of Copper business in Tuticorin and Silvassa and Fujairah in the UAE at Vedanta Limited since September 2011. Mr. Ramnath served as the Chief Operating Officer of JK Paper Limited from March 2010 to August 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sterlite Copper Operations- Tuticorin & Silvassa ZInc Business of Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd. since September 8, 2011. Prior to joining JK Paper Ltd. in March 2010, he served as Senior Vice President & Head (Advanced Intermediates Business), Jubilant Organosys Limited. He served as GU Head of Advanced Intermediates of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of management consulting, sales and marketing, business development and business unit management across diverse industries such as petrochemicals, building products, speciality polymers, industrial and speciality gases and pharma/agro intermediates. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Madras Aluminium Company Ltd. He worked at Jubiliant Organosys, Praxair India, SNF Ion Exchange, Bakelite Hylam Limited and Reliance Industries Limited. He worked with Business Consulting Group (BCG), Reliance Industries Limited, Bakelite Hylam Limited, SNG Ion Exchange and Praxair India Limited. He is also a Board Member for Malco Energy Limited. Mr. Ramnath holds a B. Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University College of Technology and is a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Amitabh Gupta has been the Chief Financial Officer of Hindustan ZInc Limited (HZL) since November 2011. Mr. Gupta is responsible for HZL's finance and accounting functions, its information technology, legal, insurance, compliance and treasury departments. He joined HZL since November 23, 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer for Moser Baer Solar Limited. He has over 24 years of experience in the Finance arena and worked in corporations like Cargill India, TeleTech India (Bharti Group) and Ranbaxy. Mr. Gupta is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Sriram College of Commerce, New Delhi.

Mr. Pati has been Chief Executive Officer of Aluminium at Vedanta Limited since March 2015. He has over 27 years of experience in Aluminium. Mr. Pati served as Chief Operating Officer at Vedanta's Aluminium & Power business in Jharsuguda. He joined the Vedanta Group in 2008. He is a Gold Medalist from prestigious institutes like Calcutta University and International Management Institute, New Delhi. He is an active member of coveted international and national Aluminium associations. Mr. Pati is a first class honours Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Calcutta University and Masters in Business Administration from International Management Institute, New Delhi.
