He has a lack of vision, strategy and point of view for Venmo. He doesn't use the product, making it incredibly difficult to understand why people use Venmo. It's increasingly clear that he can't relate to, or understand the team or the users. While he's an experienced entrepreneur, his lack of understanding and interest in Venmo shows. It's an unfortunate situation that only PayPal executives can fix... by replacing him with a true consumer tech entrepreneur who loves Venmo as much as its employees.
