Dr. Patrizio Vinciarelli, Ph.D. founded Vicor Corporation in 1968 and has been its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director since 1981. Prior thereto, Dr. Vinciarelli was a Fellow from 1977 to 1980 at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Princeton, New Jersey and an Instructor at Princeton University. From 1973 to 1976, he was a Fellow at CERN, the Center for Nuclear Research in Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Vinciarelli received his doctorate in Physics from the University of Rome, Italy.

Mr. Claudio Tuozzolo serves as Corporate Vice President at Vicor Corp. Mr. Tuozzolo has been the President of Picor Corporation, a subsidiary of Vicor Corp. since November 2003. He served as Manager of Integrated Circuit Design of Picor from December 2001 to February 2003 and Director of Integrated Circuit Engineering from February 2003 to November 2003. Mr. James A. Simms, also known as Jamie, has been Corporate Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Vicor Corp. since April 14, 2008 and its Chief Financial Officer since April 21, 2008. Mr. Simms also served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Vicor Corp. Prior to Vicor, he served as a Managing Director of Needham & Company, LLC and Canaccord Genuity Inc. He served as a Managing Director at Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. He had been with Canaccord Genuity Inc., where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions advisory work within the Technology Manufacturing Solutions and Emerging Growth Semiconductors franchises. He joined Canaccord in 1997 to establish a formal Mergers and Acquisitions practice. He served as a Co-Head of Canaccord until 2001. Prior to Canaccord, Mr. Simms served as a Vice President of Robertson Stephens. Previously, he had been with PriceWaterhouse and Smith Barney, Harris Upham. He has been a Director of Vicor Corp., since April 21, 2008. He served as an Independent Director of PAR Technology Corporation from October 2001 to May 22, 2014. He served as a Member of the executive board at New England Chapter of the American Electronics Association. He is a frequent speaker on financial topics and trends and a contributor to industry journals. Mr. Simms holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Michael S. McNamara has been President of the Brick Business Unit at Vicor Corporation since December 31, 2016. Mr. McNamara served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Operations at Vicor Corp. since June 2015 until December 31, 2016. Mr. McNamara served as Corporate Vice President of Quality and Technical Operations at Vicor Corp. from May 2011 to June 2015. Mr. McNamara served as the Vice President of Quality and Technical Operation at Vicor Corporation's Brick Business Unit from 2008 to April 2011 and served as its Vice President of Quality at Vicor Corporation's Brick Business Unit from 2006 to 2008, Senior Director of Quality from 2001 to 2008, Manager of Quality, Data and Analysis from 1999 to 2001 and Senior Quality Engineer from 1995 to 1999. He joined Vicor Corporation in 1995. Mr. McNamara served at Alpha Industries Inc. Mr. McNamara holds a BS degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Lowell.

Mr. Philip D. Davies, also known as Phil, has been Corporate Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Vicor Corp. since February 2011. Mr. Davies is responsible for developing and coordinating the sales and marketing strategies of Vicor's business units across market segments and geographies. Prior to joining Vicor, Mr. Davies led the new Solid State Light Engine business unit of OSRAM Sylvania. His prior experience includes senior sales and marketing, product line management and engineering positions with NoblePeak, Analog Devices, Allegro Micro Systems, Integrated Power Semiconductor and Siliconix. Mr. Davies holds a BSEE and Masters degree in Power Electronics from the University of Wales.

Mr. Joseph A. Jeffery, Jr., has been the Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President at Vicor Corp since September 2015. Mr. Jeffery served since 2009 as Vice President of Applications Development at Vicor Corp. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Jeffrey served as Manager of Manufacturing Systems at Vicor Corp. Prior to joining the Vicor Corp, Mr. Jeffery was employed for twenty-seven years by M/A-COM Technology Solutions, serving in a variety of technical and management positions in their microwave, millimeter wave semiconductor and IC business units. Mr. Jeffery received a BSEE from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Mr. Richard J. Nagel, Jr. has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President of Vicor Corp. since May 2006. Mr. Nagel served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Vicor Corp. from December 2007 to April 21, 2008. He served as Corporate Controller of Vicor Corp. from 1996 to 2006. Mr. Nagel served for Ernst & Young LLP and held a variety of positions from 1982 to 1996 and served as its Senior Manager. He served as Senior Director of Vicor Corp. from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Nagel served as a Director of Vicor Corp. from 1996 to 2005.

Eddie Rubin serves as the VP of Operations of Vicor Corporation. Eddie started at Vicor Corporation in November of 2011. Eddie currently resides in Greater Boston Area.
