totally positive - great place to work and fantastic people.
The company is fine, the product is fine, the people are fine but there is nothing compelling or screams "you should be a part of this."
Compensation raises have been less than 0.5% per year, not even keeping up with inflation.
Takes care of its employees. Relaxed working environment. Serious about diversity. Unfortunately still uses waterfall (some parts of SAFe) not agile.
