Compensation raises have been less than 0.5% per year, not even keeping up with inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Care about the product and customer. Everyone is respectful and respected.

Each interviewer answered my questions thoughtfully.
It's fairly casual. They want to know you are enthusiastic and will be a good fit in the team. The interview is directed toward good communication and being able to collaborate to solve it. The questions asked are more important as the answers given.
