Mr. William G. Foster, Jr., also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Village Bank since March 2014. He served as the Chief Credit Officer of Village Bank since March 1, 2014 until December 5, 2016. Mr. Hendricks served as the Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank in Richmond in charge of operational risk and compliance for Consumer and Mortgage Banking. Mr. Hendricks received his BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and MBA from University of Richmond.

Mrs. Rebecca L. Kline, also known as Joy, has been an Executive Vice President of Retail Banking at Village Bank, a subsidiary of Village Bank & Trust Financial Corp. since September 2009. Mrs. Kline served as Senior Vice President of Retail for Village Bank, a subsidiary of Village Bank & Trust Financial Corp. Mrs. Kline served as Vice President of Retail Manager at Village Bank since 2006. She served as First Vice President of First Mark Market Bank and Senior Vice President of Central Fidelity Bank. She has over 32 years of banking industry experience.

Mr. James Clifton Winn, Clif has served as President of Village Bank Mortgage Corporation since December 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Winn served as Senior Vice President and Risk Manager of the mortgage company since 2012. From 1998 to 2009 Mr. Winn served in several leadership roles with Benchmark Mortgage, to include Vice President of Secondary Marketing. Mr. Winn is a 1997 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Winn has 20 years of mortgage banking experience.

Mr. William H. Carr, also known as Bill, has been Peninsula Market President at Village Bank, a subsidiary of Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp. since October 2017 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Carr worked in the Williamsburg/Peninsula community for 30 years with leadership roles. Mr. Carr served as Peninsula Market President of Monarch Bank, Inc since August 1, 2013. Mr. Carr served as an Executive Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager of Virginia Company Bank. He employed at SunTrust Bank for 24 years. He serves as a Director of the Virginia Living Museum and the Hospice House and Support Care of Williamsburg. He has held board and officer roles on the City of Williamsburg Economic Development Authority, City of Williamsburg Board of Zoning Appeals, Greater Williamsburg Partnership, Peninsula Fine Arts Center, Bruton Parish Church and Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg. He served as a Director of Florida First Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Carr is a Graduate of Hampden-Sydney College.

Mr. Max C. Morehead, Jr. serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking at Village Bank. Mr. Morehead serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking at Village Bank & Trust Financial Corp., and also served as its Managing Director of Commercial Banking since March 2014. He has 27 years of banking experience at SunTrust Bank (and its predecessor bank in the Mid-Atlantic region, Crestar Bank) and First Citizens Bank. During the majority of his 25 years at SunTrust, Mr. Morehead held various positions, including managing commercial and business banking groups. He is a 1986 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute.

Mr. Michael D. Maddocks has been Senior Vice President of Village Bank and Trust Financial Corp. since October 2017. Mr. Maddocks focus on commercial banking. He served as Senior Vice President and Community Executive at Middleburg Trust Company. Mr. Maddocks served as Senior Vice President and Regional Executive Officer of Williamsburg Region of Old Point Financial Corp. and The Old Point National Bank Of Phoebus since June 26, 2006. He has 23 years of banking experience. Mr. Maddocks served as Senior Vice President of Wealth and Investment Management Division of SunTrust Banks, Hampton Roads of SunTrust Banks, Inc. since March 2005. Mr. Maddocks is very involved in the community having served on the board for the Peninsula Fine Arts Center and past chairman of the Marketing Resource Task Force of the Williamsburg Area Destination and Marketing Committee. He served as the Campaign Chair for the Greater Williamsburg United Way 2005 Campaign. He serves on the board and executive committee of the United Way. He served as a Trustee at Walsingham. He is a board member of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation and a member of the Virginia Institute of Marine Science Annual Giving Fund and Williamsburg Center for the Arts committee. He is a member of the Williamsburg Rotary, the Williamsburg German and the Williamsburg Boat Club. He holds the NASD series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He is a graduate of the Southeastern Trust School and is a retired Captain of the Naval Reserves. Mr. Maddocks earned a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and is a graduate of Walsingham Academy in Williamsburg.
