Mr. Kendall Larsen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at VirnetX Holding Corp since June 10, 2007 and July 5, 2007 resepectively and VirnetX Inc., since August 2005. Mr. Larsen served as the Chief Executive Officer of PASW Inc. From April 2003 to July 2005, he focused on pre-incorporation activities related to VirnetX. From April 2002 to April 2003, he served as a Limited Partner at Osprey Ventures, L.P. Mr. Larsen held various management sales positions at IBM and Xerox Corporation. From October 2000 to April 2002, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Security Products Division of Phoenix Technologies Ltd. Before joining Phoenix, Mr. Larsen was with RSA Security, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Alliances and OEM Sales from May 1998 to October 2000. Prior to joining RSA, he served as the Vice President of International Sales and Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Ramp Networks from September 1996 to April 1998. From January 1994 to August 1996, he served as the Managing Director of the Americas for General Magic. He has been the Chairman of VirnetX Holding Corp since July 5, 2007. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at SpaceCurve, Inc. since May 2012. He has been an Executive Director of VirnetX Holding Corp since June 10, 2007 and VirnetX since August 2005. He has been a Director of Yonder Media, Inc. since August 2009. He has also served as a Director of National Accounts, Director of OEM Sales and Director of the western area for Novell, Inc. Mr. Larsen holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Utah.

Mrs. Kathleen Larsen serves as the Chief Administration Officer of VirnetX Holding Corp. Mrs. Larsen Co-Founded VirnetX Holding Corp. She served as a Vice President of Administration & Human Resources of VirnetX Holding Corp since February 2005. Mrs. Larsen served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at VirnetX from March 2006 to July 5, 2007. From September 2004 to July 2005, she focused on equity raise and pre-incorporation activities related to VirnetX. From September 2002 to September 2004, Mrs. Larsen served as a Commercial Property Manager of JBD Properties, a real estate developer. Prior to September 2002, she served as an Executive Recruiter of Armen and Associates. She also served as Senior Director of Human Resources of CHW Advertising and also served as Human Resources and Office Manager of Modis/SAP and as an Executive Recruiter of for top level executives in the e-commerce & advertising industry.

Dr. Robert Dunham Short, III, also known as Bob, Ph.D. has been the Chief Technology Officer of VirnetX Holding Corp since July 9, 2010 and has been its Chief Scientist since May 2006. From February 2000 to April 2007, Dr. Short served as an Assistant Vice President and Division Manager at Science Applications International Corporation, a leading provider of services and solutions to all branches of the U.S. military, agencies of the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. government civil agencies, as well as to customers in selected commercial markets. From 1994 to February 2000, he also held various other positions at SAIC. Prior to SAIC, he has also served at ARCO Power Technologies, Inc. (Atlantic Richfield Petroleum), Sperry Corporate Technology Center and Sperry Research Center. Dr. Short has been a Director at VirnetX Holding Corp since July 9, 2010. Dr. Short is named as a co-inventor on all the patents in the VirnetX patent portfolio. He holds a TS/SCI security clearance. He has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University along with an M.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Richard H. Nance has been the Chief Financial Officer of VirnetX Holding Corp since April 5, 2012. Mr. Nance has over 25 years of experience in business, finance and accounting. He has over 14 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning and advisory services. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of R H Strasbaugh and Vice President of Finance of R. H. Strasbaugh since 2002 until 2011 and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since May 2005. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Greentrac, a privately held software company. He worked as the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies involved in software technology, manufacturing and international sales and distribution. He was a National Bank Examiner with the United States Comptroller of the Currency, a commercial banker. Mr. Nance holds memberships in the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPA's. Mr. Nance is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BBA degree in Banking and Finance from North Texas State University and a BS degree in Accounting from Central State University of Oklahoma.

David Chung serves as the Regional Vice President Sales of VirnetX Holding Corp. David started at VirnetX Holding Corp in October of 2015. David currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.
