Mr. Philippe Vincent serves as Managing Director of IB-Soft. Mr. Vincent has over 22 years of experience in technology industries. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Instruments since April 7, 2016. He was a Partner at Accenture where he was the Strategy Practice lead for the Software sector. Mr. Vincent served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at BigFix, Inc. He held senior executive positions with IBM. Prior to his management consulting career, Mr. Vincent served positions in product engineering with Alcatel Telspace (France) and Peugeot PSA (France) (PSA Peugeot Citroen), as well as various positions in IT consulting. Mr. Vincent holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Diplome d'Ingenieur from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Arts et Metiers (Paris, France).

Mr. Kevin O'Donnell served as Chief Financial Officer of Virtual Instruments Corporation since April 2016. Mr. O'Donnell served as Chief Financial Officer of SwiftTest, Inc. (also known as, Load DynamiX, Inc.) since September 05, 2013. He headed the SwiftTest financial, administration and human resources departments. Mr. O'Donnell served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at PanTerra Networks, Inc., since July 2009. Mr. O'Donnell was charged with overseeing financial operations and administration for the PanTerra Networks as it scales its network and services to meet subscriber growth. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Cassatt Corporation. He has relevant SaaS operations experience and financial modelling. Mr. O'Donnell has more than 25 years of executive experience in finance and corporate strategy from companies delivering SaaS services, applications and infrastructure. He served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ViewCentral Inc. He served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Netigy Corporation, before its sale to ThruPoint, Inc. He served as Corporate of Cat DataTools, Inc. Mr. O'Donnell served as Director of Finance at Network General Corporation. He held management positions with Unisys and Apple. Mr. O'Donnell holds B.A. in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Mr. Bo Barker served as Senior Vice President of Services at Virtual Instruments Corporation since April 7, 2016. Mr. Barker served as Vice President of Services at Virtual Instruments Corporation from February 2010 to April 7, 2016. Prior to joining Virtual Instruments, Mr. Barker served as Area Technology Consulting Director of EMC Global Services, managing global and enterprise technology and engineering teams. Mr. Barker also directed North American service operations for the telecommunications vertical and managed the teams responsible for managing total customer experience and satisfaction programs. Before joining EMC, He led product management efforts for the PeopleSoft Financial applications, prior to their acquisition by Oracle. Throughout his career, He has gained deep experience in the storage, storage area network (SAN) and software markets across multiple industry segments. He earned both his Master and Bachelor degrees in public administration from California State University.

Mr. Ray Villeneuve has been the President at Virtual Instruments since August 23, 2016. Mr. Villeneuve has more than 30 years of executive experience leading Silicon Valley technology companies. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Skytree, Inc. since October 13, 2014. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Riverbed Technology, Inc. He served as General Manager of the Cloud Storage Acceleration Business Unit at Riverbed Technology, Inc. since July 2011 and its Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liaise, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MonoSphere, Inc. While there, he conceptualized the product, built the development, sales and marketing organizations, secured capital investment and brought products to market directly and through channels before successfully leading MonoSphere Inc.'s acquisition by Quest Software. He served as Vice President of Marketing at NetApp and Auspex. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Acuity. He also held executive positions at Auspex Systems, Silicon Graphics Inc. and General Electric Calma. He creates and executes the overall strategic direction and vision for MonoSphere. Before joining MonoSphere, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sand Hill Systems, a business-to-business electronic commerce software provider, where he created the business strategy, raised two rounds of institutional funding, built the executive team, developed a sustainable revenue stream and led a high valuation merger. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of MindShare Associates, a provider of partner relationship management software and services, where he grew revenue and margins and executed a significant liquidity event. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Network Appliance, managing corporate marketing functions including strategy, positioning, marcom, verticals, channels and strategic partnerships. He served as the Vice President at Network Storage Pioneer Auspex. He has served in a variety of leadership positions in early, growth and mature stage technology companies. He served as the Chairman and Director of MonoSphere, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at OneCloud Labs, Inc. He serves as a Director of Liaise, Inc. Mr. Villeneuve earned an MBA from Fox Business School at Temple University and a BSME from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Jagan Jagannathan serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Virtual Instruments. Mr. Jagannathan founded Xangati, Inc., and has been its Chief Technology Officer July 2003. Mr. Jagannathan served as Chief Executive Officer of Xangati, Inc. He served as a Vice President of Product Development at Reactive Network Solutions from December 2000 to June 2003. He also served as a Principal Engineer of Xerox PARC from July 1999 to December 2000 and Senior Staff Engineer of Sun Microsystems from December 1996 to June 1999. He served as a Senior Computer Scientist of SRI International from September 1983 to November 1996. He wrote a Thesis: A Descriptive and Prescriptive Model for Dataflow Semantics. Mr. Jagannathan studied Ph.D, Computer Science in University of Waterloo from 1982 to 1988; M. Math., Computer Science in University of Waterloo from 1980 to 1981 and B.S., Computer Science in The University of Calgary from 1975 to 1979.

Mr. Tim Van Ash has been Senior Vice President of Products at Virtual Instruments Corporation since April 7, 2016. Mr. Van Ash led Product Development and Product Management for Virtual Instruments. He served as Vice President of Product Management at Load DynamiX, Inc. (now Virtual Instruments) since November 2014. Mr. Van Ash was responsible for product strategy and management for all Load DynamiX products, including the award-winning Load DynamiX Enterprise workload modeling solution and load generation appliances. Mr. Van Ash has over 22 years of experience and previously held executive positions at CA, Nimsoft, HP and Mercury Interactive. He served as Vice President of product management for its Application Performance Management portfolio at CA, leading product management for analytics and cloud infrastructure solutions. He also led product management for HP's cloud service automation and was the director of products with HP's SaaS solutions team. He held strategic roles in Big Data Analytics and led the transformation of Nimsoft into a complete management suite encompassing data center monitoring and service management. Mr. Van Ash received his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Canberra, majoring in Computer Engineering and Computer Programming.

Mr. Rick Haggart has been Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Virtual Instruments Corporation since March 21, 2017. Mr. Haggart previously served as Chief Technology Officer Valaran Corporation. He has a wealth of technology leadership experience, including leading infrastructure practice areas, developing and productizing go-to-market solutions and working globally with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Haggart was a Partner from Accenture's Communication and High Tech Practice. Mr. Haggart was responsible for Accenture's Internet Center of Excellence in Palo Alto.

Ms. Lisa Alger has been Senior Vice President of Engineering at Virtual Instruments since October 4, 2016. Ms. Alger was previously Senior Director of Open Source Networking at Brocade, where she led the OpenStack and Open Daylight SDN teams. She served as Vice President of Product Engineering at Vyatta, Inc., and Senior Director of NAS Engineering at NetApp, Inc. She is a Technology Visionary with more than 25 years of experience. She has a track record of technical, product and business leadership, with experience managing multi-country engineering and IT operations across three continents.

Craig Foster serves as the Principal Solutions Architect (office of the CTO) for Virtual Instruments. Craig started at Virtual Instruments in May of 2017. Craig is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
