    1. Stop overloading workers with too much work. It leads to burnout and high turnover. It also leads to mistakes or blaming others when something goes wrong. (See #2). 2. Remove culture of tattling/blaming anonymously to your coworkers' manager. Be adults and talk directly with each other to debate and resolve issues. Managers, grow up and redirect this behavior back to the parties involved.
