Whilst we often work hard, everyone is very respectful of time, whether that's vacation or sickness. At other global companies I've felt pressured to be available all the time. Not at Vlocity, I've felt able to stop at the end of the day and never felt pressured to respond while away.

I've been an employee here since the very early days and I've seen us grow from less than 10 to over 1000 employee's and our customer numbers grow year on year. Our leadership from David and co is what got us there. The way they've led and executed has been nothing short of inspirational.
