
Foster a culture of continued growth in employees, replace 'leaders' that don't understand how to manage their team and who make decisions unilaterally. Weed out individuals that add to the "old boys club" feel in departments, particularly in Enginnering and Operations (IT). Encourage junior team members to be innovators, provide educational opportunities for teams and individuals, and understand inclusivity does not automatically mean everyone goes to some get together or event.
