Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are worse year after year.
The compensation still depends on your location not on your skills, and i strongly belive this will change in the near future, as more and more companies start hiring people remotely and offers salary based on their budget not on your location.This is one good thing comming from covid-19 i would say
I am under paid compared to other people in my field
Cash and stock are not paid up tp the market standards
Base comp pay ranges are comparable to FAANG, however the stock is stuck in a holding pattern so TC is very weak. Bonus and RSUs refreshers are weak. Wage compression is a big problem: new hires are paid way more than those hired even 2 years ago with little funding made available to close the gap.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are lazy, always hollering about prejudice and the most cut throat people I’ve ever worked with. They don’t know what work ethics are or how to treat our patients with respect

Better honest communications. Better management
Need to make it positive and work positively
Leadership transparency, trust (do what you say, say what you do), more autonomy to make decisions, less competition....
So much admin work it makes it hard to be customer focused
Stop inefficient behaviors, stop allowing bad behavior, especially in the senior leadership, there is no work life balance for several departments, creativity is damaged by this contact work and no rest.

I am hundreds of miles from any of the offices and am strictly remote due to disabilities. My entire process was done by phone and zoom, permitting me to be at my best for them without my health taking a hit.
Honest, simple, ethical. Liked it.
I would say that it was fast executed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Broadcom acquisition and layoffs. Uncertainty
Internal processes are chaotic. It is so hard to work in partnership with the ops team.
communication , better technology , vmware horizon team in india is worse.
Having rules set, Everybody follow them, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Everybody do their job stop talking about everybody no drama policy. Work check off sheets. No more falsifying of documents. Race beliefs left outside the door. If you have no compassion and don’t want to be good to the patients. Quit.
