I am hundreds of miles from any of the offices and am strictly remote due to disabilities. My entire process was done by phone and zoom, permitting me to be at my best for them without my health taking a hit.
Honest, simple, ethical. Liked it.
I would say that it was fast executed.

it takes a really long time. you have to had 3 interviews, and in some case they even make additional ones and test you abilities and knowledge on a video call.
