Mr. Cameron Reynolds, MBA has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of VolitionRX Ltd since October 6, 2011. Mr. Reynolds has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Standard Capital Corp since October 6, 2011. He serves as Managing Director of Magellan Copper & Gold plc. He served as Consultant of KAL Energy, Inc. since November 2007. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KAL Energy, Inc. from February 9, 2007 to November 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Canyon Copper Corp. (alternate name Aberdene Mines Ltd.), from May 10, 2004 to January 6, 2006 and as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 6, 2006. He was responsible for Financial Management functions including regulatory filing and the day-to-day administrative operations of Aberdene Mines Ltd. Mr. Reynolds has over 17 years of entrepreneurial executive experience in the mining and biotechnology sectors. He began his career in 1994 working for Southern China Group, where as Regional Manager, he set up operations in Hong Kong and Yunnan. In 1996, he began working for Integrated Coffee Technologies, in a junior management position, where he was responsible for business plan creation, office management, recruitment and business development. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Reynolds founded and served as Managing Director and Director of Mining House Limited, where he was responsible for identifying potential mining projects, coordinating the preliminary evaluations and securing the financing with a view to listing the companies on AIM, TSX and US OTC. His experience include, experienced in the management, structuring and strategic planning of start-up companies, responsible for the chairmanship of the Mining House board, business development and implementation strategy and participation in the start-up and running of a number of high growth mining and biotech companies in the UK, US, Canada and Australia. For the past 10 years, he has served as either as an Officer or Director of five dynamic high-growth companies in both the mining and biotech fields across three continents. Mr. Reynolds has extensive international experience specializing in the structuring, management and strategic planning of successful startup companies. He has a very strong mix of management experience and qualifications that is a strong asset for Aberdene Mines Ltd. After working for Integrated Coffee Technologies, he served as the commercialization director for Probio, Inc. from 1998 to 2001 and his main responsibilities were managing all legal and contract issues with the University of Hawaii; implementing patenting strategy; managing all shareholder issues including the merger and its legal and contractual documentation; head office management; budgetary control; team building and recruitment. From June 1998 to November 2001, Mr. Reynolds served as the General Manager and Corporate Secretary of Probio International, Inc., a commercial cloning technology company located in Melbourne, Australia. He has been a Director of VolitionRX Ltd., since October 6, 2011 and Standard Capital Corp. since October 6, 2011. He serves as a Director of Magellan Copper & Gold plc. Since 2005, he has held a number of board Directorships including Atlantic Mining PLC; Carbon Mining PLC, Iofina Natural Gas PLC (IOF, AIM) and Hunter Bay Resources (HBY, TSX-V). He served as Director of KAL Energy Inc. He served as Director of Canyon Copper Corp. from May 10, 2004 to October 2006. Mr. Reynolds holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, as well as several other industry qualifications.

Dr. Martin Charles Faulkes, also known as Dill, has been the Executive Chairman of VolitionRX Ltd since March 22, 2011 and Singapore Volition since March 2011. Dr. Faulkes founded Logica Inc. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1979 to 1984. He was responsible for sales, finance, recruitment, staff management and project control at Logica Inc. He has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of several software companies within the United Kingdom and the United States. He served as Managing Director of System Programming Ltd. from 1985 to 1987, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business. Dr. Faulkes founded Triad Plc. He has a strong philanthropic involvement in space and science education. He has been the Chairman of Goonhilly Earth Station Ltd since August 2015. He has been a Director of VolitionRX Ltd since October 6, 2011. He also serves on the Board of the Cambridge 800th Anniversary Campaign in the UK. He served as a Director of Standard Capital Corp. since October 6, 2011. He served as a Director of Triad Plc from 1987 to 1998, responsible for controlling it financially. He served as a Trustee for the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich and Director at Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland, Calif. Since 1998, Dr. Faulkes focused on charitable activities, as the Founder, Chairman and Sole Benefactor of the Dill Faulkes Educational Trust, a UK registered charity.

Mr. Rodney Gerard Rootsaert, also known as Rod, LLB, has been a Secretary of Standard Capital Corp. since October 6, 2011. Mr. Rootsaert has been Corporate Secretary of VolitionRX Ltd since October 6, 2011. He has been an Administration and Legal Officer at VolitionRX Ltd since August 6, 2010. He has over six years of experience in providing corporate, legal and administrative services. From 2007 to 2011, he served as Corporate Secretary for several junior mining companies. He served as the Corporate Secretary for Magellan Copper and Gold Plc., from 2007 to 2011, where his duties included maintaining and preparing company documents, accounts and contracts. He served as Corporate Secretary for Delta Pacific Mining Plc., since 2007, where he was responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Mr. Rootsaert has been a Director of Mining House Ltd. since 2007.

Mr. David Vanston, FCCA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of VolitionRx Limited since April 10, 2017. Mr. Vanston is responsible for leading Volition's finances and play a key role in Volition's increased global activity. He joined Volition from Octo Telematics, a high-growth technology company based in Boston, where he was the Senior Controller for the U.S. business from August 2016 to April 2017. He has a strong background as an international finance executive and a senior controller, including extensive experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and implementation of successful change programs. Mr. Vanston has 20 years of financial management experience. Prior to Volition and Octo Telematics, Mr. Vanston held positions as Vice President of Excorp Medical, Inc., an early-stage company from June 2015 to June 2016. Between November 2013 and May 2015, Mr. Vanston provided executive financial consultancy services to several companies including Ezcorp Inc., Hudson, Inc. and Exova plc. Mr. Vanston additionally served as Chief Financial Officer for GrowHow Ltd from January 2013 to October 2013; Vice President, Finance of BT plc from 2009 to 2011; Chief Financial Officer for GrowHow Ltd from 2006 to 2009; and Vice President Europe, Finance for Monster Worldwide, Inc., from 2006 to 2009. He managed and oversaw the accounting, finance, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis of the business. Mr. Vanston is a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA degree from Warwick Business School.

Dr. Gaetan Michel, Ph.D., has been the Chief Executive Officer of Belgian Volition SPRL since September 24, 2015. Dr. Michel was appointed as Chief Operations Officer of Belgian Volition S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Volition Rx. Dr. Michel joined AAT (Advanced Array Technology), a University of Namur spin-off company as project manager in proteomics. From 2007 to 2010, Dr. Michel worked for KitoZyme, a global manufacturer of biopolymers of fungal origin with its core business in weight management, digestive and cardiovascular health. From 2010 to 2014, Dr. Michel worked as a Production Director for Bone Therapeutics ' a cell-therapy based pharmaceutical company. Dr. Michel has over 10 years experience in production management. Dr. Michel was educated at the University of Namur, Belgium (Chemical Sciences; PhD Biochemical Sciences).
