Work at VWGoA comes in cycles. Sometimes it is completely unrealistic and unbearable, sometimes it is manageable. It is never dead though. Work-life balance is a real struggle. They do claim to promote "work-from-home", however, that is EXTREMELY rare occurrence. It does not seem management is able to trust enough to really make that a reality. It is still a novel idea at VWGoA.
