
Personally, I have the unlimited PTO package. We are allowed as much PTO as we want, as long as we get our job done. Our team covers for one another. After 20 years with my last company, this was one of the reasons I decided to move over to VOX. Obviously, we can't take every day off, but I work hard and like to play hard. This policy allows me to do just that. In addition, the company doesn't need to accrue vacation and saves there. Not everybody will use more than 2 - 3 weeks and I'm sure that is what companies anticipate. But I work to vacation!
My Sales Team was extremely helpful when I was first hired at VOX Network Solutions. They provided me knowledge transfers on a daily basis and made my learning much easier.
I believe it is good for most. Sales has a different policy depending on your compensation plan.
