I think it’s in limbo from accrued time off to unlimited
Take vacation as you please, just do your job.
Personally, I have the unlimited PTO package. We are allowed as much PTO as we want, as long as we get our job done. Our team covers for one another. After 20 years with my last company, this was one of the reasons I decided to move over to VOX. Obviously, we can't take every day off, but I work hard and like to play hard. This policy allows me to do just that. In addition, the company doesn't need to accrue vacation and saves there. Not everybody will use more than 2 - 3 weeks and I'm sure that is what companies anticipate. But I work to vacation!

I like it most days!

Customer Satisfaction is the most important metric. Of course, adding new customers, and increasing revenue and margins are important factors.

Sales growing fastest...operations is having difficulties
It is all growing. Managed services and Cloud are big growth areas. I do not see any major difficulties.

We're positioned well for growth in emerging/maturing technologies. Possibly leveraged too heavily in end of life technologies, but making the transition.
The future is bright. VOX is growing and managing to mature structure and processes to support the growth.

How flexible is your work schedule at VOX Network Solutions?
It is very flexible. However as the job requires interaction with others both on the customer side and internal engineering, design, operations, and other support personnel a 8-5 work schedule is ideal. Some days I work early in the day or late into the evening so that I have flexibility during the day to create a good work/life balance. VOX provides great tools to stay in touch in the remote office and while mobile.
incredibly flexible. sales can take off all the time we want as long as we are hitting our numbers. We love it!
