It depends on the job position and the amount of knowledge transfer is require to get you up to speed in your new position. VOX is a very supportive community and onboarding assistance comes in the form of training, online resources, and team support.

I would not know, sales people do not get promoted. We are top of the food chain already. :)

Nearly everybody works from home office. Some of the regional offices have actual office space, but it is not required to go into the office to work.

Morale is mostly very good. Some job functions are working very hard as VOX grows.

I could have researched the competition more. Not because I would like to work elsewhere, but so that I understood what made VOX different.

Like most, performance varies from rep to rep. All are willing to help win deals and share information. I like everybody on the team, in all regions.

Show up on time, look sharp, and be yourself. They are looking for people to join a team. You wouldn't be there if they didn't already think that you have what it takes. So relax, be prepared to review your work history, achievements and goals.
How would you compare interviewing at VOX Network Solutions to other places you've interviewed?
It was very comfortable. VOX has lots of graphics about their culture on the walls in the lobby of the HQ location. Sitting waiting for my interview, these made is clear that VOX is all about hiring the right people. The interview began with an overview of VOX culture which put me at ease. The over all tone of the interview was one that reflects VOX culture.

I met with CEO, VP Sales and Director Sales and Marketing
What should I wear for an interview at VOX Network Solutions?
VOX sales is business attire. I recommend for men a sport coat or suit and tie. For women a business suit, or other professional attire.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Sales department at VOX Network Solutions?
I was asked: About my experiences with sales, past performance and what type of management style I worked well with. How do I organize and keep track of my work load? I was asked about my ability and desire to work remotely. I was asked about my technical knowledge of the solutions that I sold previously. There were questions about where I saw myself in a sales organization, what my goals were, how I approached prospecting and account management. I was asked if I wanted coffee, or a diet or regular soda? :)
What does the ideal candidate in the Sales department look like at VOX Network Solutions?
Like any sales position the candidates need to be organized, assertive, and self directed. VOX culture of Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose goes both ways. Sales executives are afforded the luxury to be creative, and drive new business, at the same time they are expected to perform within this model.
