Mr. Patrick M. Lavelle, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Executive and President of VOXX International Corporation (Former Name: Audiovox Corporation), holding company of Klipsch Group Inc. since May 1, 2005. Mr. Lavelle serves as Executive Advisor at Consumer Electronics Association. Mr. Lavelle served as Senior Vice President of VOXX International Corporation since 1991 and responsible for its mobile and consumer electronics division and also served as its Vice President. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Senior Vice President of VOXX International's electronics subsidiary, Audiovox Electronics Corporation. He joined VOXX International (Audiovox) in 1977 as an Audio Salesman and held numerous sales management positions before being appointed Vice President of Accessory Products in 1980. He served as the Vice Chairman of Executive Board at Consumer Electronics Association since October 2012. Mr. Lavelle served as Chairman of the Executive Board at Consumer Electronics Association since January 2007 and its Chairman of the Mobile Information Technology Subdivision. He previously served as Vice Chair of Mobile Electronics Division of the Consumer Electronics Association. He serves as Member of the Executive Board at Consumer Electronics Association. He has been a Director of VOXX International Corporation since 1993. Mr. Lavelle is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Marist College. Mr. Lavelle has been active on the acquisition front and has expanded its lines and brands including developing a significant international business. Some of the brands acquired include well-known names such as Klipsch, RCA, Acoustic Research, Jensen, Code Alarm and Terk, as well as international brands such as Magnat, Heco and Mac Audio. A veteran of the consumer electronics industry, Mr. Lavelle has been very active in the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)???, holding several key committee positions over the years. Among the more significant posts he has held in CEA are Chairman of the In-Vehicle Electronics Board (2003-2004) and Chairman of the Consumer Electronics Association and Executive Board (2007-2008). Mr. Lavelle sits on the CEA Executive Board as a member at large chair. He is also active in his community and serves on the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, Marist College in New York. Ms. Loriann Shelton has been the Chief Operating Officer of VOXX International Corporation since January 14, 2016 and has been its Senior Vice President since March 16, 2016. Ms. Shelton served as Chief Accounting Officer of VOXX International Corporation. Ms. Shelton served as Senior Vice President of Accounting & Credit VOXX International Corporation (Former Name: Audiovox Corporation). Ms. Shelton has been the Chief Financial Officer of Audiovox Electronics Corporation since 1994 and Audiovox Accessories Corporation since 2007. As Chief Financial Officer of the VOXX International Corporation's two major subsidiaries, Ms. Shelton is responsible for all budgeting, forecasting and management of their accounting and credit groups. In addition, her team manages the consolidation for public reporting of all the VOXX International Corporation's subsidiaries including all overseas operations. She also manages a staff of more than 50 people at the New York headquarters as well as in VOXX International's domestic and international offices. She joined VOXX International in 1981.

Mr. Charles Michael Stoehr has been the Chief Financial Officer of VOXX International Corporation (Former Name: Audiovox Corporation) since 1979. Mr. Stoehr has been an Senior Vice President of VOXX International Corporation since 1990 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From 1979 to 1990, he served as a Vice President of VOXX International Corporation. He was instrumental in VOXX International Corporation's (Audiovox) 1987 IPO, the subsequent 144 Subordinated Debenture offering and its ultimate conversion. He also managed the financial side of the VOXX International's acquisition program, which has added 10 companies to VOXX International's family to date. In 2009, Mr. Stoehr established new company-wide buying and inventory control programs as part of the budgetary controls. Prior to Audiovox, Mr. Stoehr served as a Commercial Loan Officer at Chase. He has been a Director of VOXX International Corporation since 1987.

Mr. Peter A. Lesser is the Founder of X-10 Limited. Mr. Lesser served as the President of X-10 (USA) Inc., a subsidiary of X-10 Limited from 1984 to 2009. He served as a Member of the Executive Board of the Consumer Electronics Association from 1999 to 2010 and served as its Industry Executive Advisor from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Lesser has been an Independent Director at VOXX International Corporation (formerly: Audiovox Corp.) since December 2003. He served as a Director of Consumer Electronics Association. He served as a Director of X-10 Limited since 1979. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Lesser served as the President of the Security Industry Association. He serves as a Member of Board of Directors of Security Industry Association.

Mr. C. David Geise has been Chief Executive Officer of VOXX Accessories Corporation at VOXX International Corporation since February 2016. Mr. Geise served as the President of VOXX Accessories Corporation at VOXX International Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President since 2007. Mr. Geise served as President of Audiovox Accessories Corp., a subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation (formerly, Audiovox Corporation) since 2007. As President of Audiovox Accessories Corporation, Mr. Geise is responsible for both the domestic and international operations, with responsibilities over product development, sourcing/manufacturing, marketing and sales and distribution of consumer electronics and accessories products. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales at VOXX International Corporation. Mr. Geise held numerous executive positions with Thomson Consumer Electronics: Sales Department Manager from 1988 to 2006, President of Thomson Canada from 1991 to 1993; Vice President and General Manager of Thomson Latin America from 1993 to 2001; Vice President and General Manager of Thomson Accessories Worldwide from 2001 to 2006 and Vice President of International Business Americas since 2006. Prior to Thomson Consumer Electronics' acquisition of GE/RCA consumer electronics business from General Electric in 1988, he worked for GE in various sales, marketing and business development positions starting in 1977.

Mr. Ian Geise has been President of VOXX Accessories Corporation at VOXX International Corporation since February 2016. Mr. Geise is be responsible for sales/ product development, engineering, marketing, sourcing and purchasing. He joined VOXX Accessories Corporation in 2008 following management positions with Sirius Satellite Radio from 2000 to 2007, Directv from 1998 to 2000 and Directv's Latin American affiliate from 1995 to 1998. Within Voxx Accessories Corp., he served as Vice-President, Marketing and as Senior Vice-President, Marketing and Product Management. At Sirius, he was responsible for the retail marketing execution and at Voxx, he has led the successful launch of the 808 audio brand, which has met with widespread consumer acceptance. Mr. Geise works closely with the VOXX's retail distribution including the development of joint marketing promotions with some of the industry's giants.

Mr. Thomas C. Malone, also known as Tom, has been the President of VOXX Advanced Solutions at VOXX International Corporation since February 2016. Mr. Malone focuses on the development of ground-breaking digital technology as the Company looks to expand its offerings, whether through product development initiatives, strategic partnerships, or acquisitions. Mr. Malone served as the President of VOXX Electronics Corporation since April 2007 until March 11, 2016. Mr. Malone served as Senior Vice President at VOXX International Corporation since 2006. He served as the President of Audiovox Electronics Corp. since April 2007. He served as and also served as its Senior Vice President of Sales since 2006. From 1986 to 2006, he served as Vice President of Sales for Audiovox Electronics Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Audiovox Electronics Corporation from 2006 to April 2007. He joined Audiovox in 1986 as a Vehicle Security Specialist. He served as Vice President for Primary Security. He sits on the Board of the Mobile Electronics Division of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and is involved in other industry organizations.

Mr. Mark Finger serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Magnat Audio-Produkte GmbH. Mr. Finger serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of VOXX International German Holdings. Mr. Finger serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Audiovox German Holdings GmbH. Mr. Finger serves as Co-President of Oehlbach Kabel GmbH. Prior to VOXX International, Mr. Finger worked from 1987 until 1992 for Magnat, where he began in sales and advanced into a management role for a number of different departments. In 1992 Mr. Finger became Managing Director/CEO for International Jensen at Recoton German Holdings and maintained this position when VOXX International acquired Recoton German Holdings and became Audiovox German Holdings. Mr. Finger also manages all business affairs for Audiovox German Holdings including brand positioning, acquisition of companies, marketing, sourcing/manufacturing, product development and sales and distribution.

Brett Eppley serves as the Vice President Electronics Sales, North America of VOXX Accessories Corporation. Brett started at VOXX Accessories Corporation in May of 2016. Brett currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.
