Mr. Stephen L. Holcombe, also known Steve, B.Sc. has been the Chief Executive Officer of vTv Therapeutics Inc. (alternate name Transtech Pharma, Inc.) since March 28, 2014. Mr. Holcombe has been President of vTv Therapeutics Inc. since April, 2015. Mr. Holcombe has been the Chief Financial Officer at High Point Pharmaceuticals LLC since 2002 and its President since March 28, 2014. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Transtech Pharma, Inc., since 2002. He served as Senior Vice President at Transtech Pharma, Inc. and High Point Pharmaceuticals, LLC from 2002 to March 28, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Building Research Establishment Limited (BRE). He has over 30 years of financial and managerial experience to High Point Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Holcombe has primarily been involved as an executive officer with early stage companies focusing on the execution of private and public financings, developing corporate alliance and partnership strategies and managing relationships with external constituents. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Buildnet Inc. since September 1999 and served as its Secretary since March 2000 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Buildnet Inc., Mr. Holcombe served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Vanguard Cellular Systems Inc. from 1985 to August 1999, where he was responsible for all aspects of the development, financing and operations of Buildnet Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Unilink Group L.L.C. From 1978 to 1985 he served in various positions with KPMG Peat Marwick, as Senior Audit Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from Wake Forest University.

Dr. Carmen Valcarce, Ph.D. serves as the Chief Scientific Officer of vTv Therapeutics Inc. and has been its Executive Vice President since June 6, 2017. Dr. Valcarce serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President at TransTech Pharma, Inc., (now known as vTv Therapeutics LLC) and served as its Senior Vice President of Preclinical Research. Dr. Valcarce served as Senior Vice President at vTv Therapeutics Inc. until June 6, 2017. She served as a Vice President of Preclinical Research of TransTech Pharma, Inc. From 1989 to 1998, Dr. Valcarce held the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Clinical Chemistry at Lund University. During this time, the focus of her research was to understand the structure-function relationship of various coagulation factors as well the EGF-precursor protein. Dr. Valcarce joined Excorim AB in 1998 to pursue the development of a plasmaphoreis-like system suitable to remove anti-Gal antibodies prior to kidney xeno-transplantation. In 2000, she returned to the metabolic disease area and joined Novo Nordisk where she was the project leader of the glucokinase activator project from idea to FHD. Dr. Valcarce is the author of numerous papers and presentations and is an inventor on several patents and patent applications. Dr. Valcarce completed her postdoctoral studies at the Department of Clinical Chemistry at Lund University. Dr. Valcarce obtained her Ph.D. at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain in 1988 under the direction of Prof. Jose M. Cuezva in the field of metabolic diseases with focus on mitochondrial development and maturation after birth.

Mr. Rudy C. Howard, B.A., CPA has been Chief Financial Officer at vTv Therapeutics Inc. since June 2015 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Howard serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of vTv Therapeutics LLC. Mr. Howard served as the Chief Financial Officer of SciQuest, Inc. from January 04, 2010 to May 27, 2015 and served its Secretary and Principal Financial & Accounting Officer until May 27, 2015. Mr. Howard served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MDS Pharma Services from January 2009 to January 2010. Since 2003 until joining MDS Pharma Services, Mr. Howard operated his own financial consulting company, Mr. Howard, CPA Consulting, in Wilmington, North Carolina, where his services included advising on merger and acquisition transactions, equity and debt issuances and other general management matters. Mr. Howard served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of PeopleClick, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. From 2000 until joining Peopleclick, Mr. Howard served as Chief Financial Officer for Marketing Services Group, Inc. He was employed at MSGI Technology Solutions, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc. (PPD) from 1995 to 2000. He was a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in financial services, high technology, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. He has over a decade of public consultancy experience. He served as a Senior Manager with both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Howard has private consulting practice, where he offered business and financial consulting services, including merger and acquisition services, for clients across a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte and Touche LLP. He serves as a Director of Metabolon, Inc. He has been a Director of Amber Road, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Howard holds a B.A. in Accounting from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Aaron Burstein serves as the Senior Vice President Clinical Development of vTv Therapeutics LLC. Aaron started at vTv Therapeutics LLC in September of 2013. Aaron currently resides in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area.

Trey Lambert serves as the Vice President and Senior Counsel of vTv Therapeutics LLC. Trey started at vTv Therapeutics LLC in May of 2016. Trey currently resides in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area.
